Adele Listens To Jeff Buckley When She Feels Sad

When asked what music she listens to when feeling a bit sad, Adele tells Jenny Eliscu/SiriusXM, “I try to listen to music that might uplift me a little bit, but I just don’t really connect with it, and music for me is all about connection. So mainly Jeff Buckley, I’d say. And that’s been my entire life, I’ve done that. I remember falling out with my best friend when I was like 7 and listening to Jeff Buckley, because my mom was a huge fan. Grace has always been around me.”

The founder and senior pastor of the City Harvest Church in Singapore, Kong Hee, along with five other church members, has been found guilty of funneling $35.5 million in church donations into his wife's failed U.S. pop career. Kong Hee's wife, Reverend Ho Yeow Sun (known by her stage name Sun Ho) attempted to break into the U.S. music market in 2007 with her single "China Wine."

The music video was directed by Wayne Isham and featured Wyclef Jean and Elephant Man. After the single failed to chart in the U.S., Sun came back in 2009 with her Joseph Kahn-directed video "Fancy Free.""Fancy Free" was supposed to be the lead single to her debut U.S. album, but her album never came out because police ended up investigating the misuse of church donations in 2010.

Just where did some of that money go?

$1.5 million to Wyclef Jean (co-writer and executive producer on her album)

$1.5 million to Missy Elliott (a music video appearance)

    David Foster (GRAMMY-winning music producer)

Wayne Isham (directed her "China Wine" music video)

Joseph Kahn (directed her "Fancy Free" music video)

Kong Hee, who was found guilty, faces 11 to 12 years in prison. Back in October, a judge described his wife (pictured above at the 2010 GRAMMY Awards) Sun's U.S. success as being "inflated."

Recently racist Bella Thorne is featured on the December 2015/January 2016 cover of Seventeen Magazine and she's (sorta) calling out an industry Mean Girl!

"I have a mean girl," she told Seventeen. "She's in the business, and she's very, very mean. I stay away from her at all costs. I never say hello to her."

    Here are our clues:

    1) "Her siblings are not mean like she is. It's just her."

    2) "One of the reasons I don't like her is because she's been a billionaire since she was very little, and she's never had to work for anything in her life."

    3) Was quick to deny that it was one of the Jenner girls:

The article ends with a kind of tacky segue about the scoop on how she dealt with her father's death and "the terrifying reason she doesn't drive!" (he was killed in a motorcycle accident)

From director Dito Montiel 'Man Down' is a post-apocalyptic thriller.

"Gabriel Drummer (LaBeouf ) was a husband, a father, and a US Marine. But that was back
before the end of civilization as we know it. Now Gabriel wanders a post-apocalyptic landscape
with his best friend and fellow soldier Devin (Jai Courtney), struggling to survive in the face of
constant danger and deprivation. Gabriel also struggles with memories: of the terrible things
he experienced in Afghanistan; of his beloved wife, Natalie (Kate Mara), and how their marriage
began to come apart; of his long and disjointed interview with Captain Peyton (Gary Oldman), a
military psychiatrist assigned to assess Gabriel. As the memories flow over him, burgeoning rage
and regret drive Gabriel to seize control of his situation using the only tools he has at his disposal."
