He came to my school to give a talk for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. The discussion was mostly geared towards his experience as an Asian-American actor. I asked him if he finds network TV or movies to be more progressive when it comes to giving people of color roles, and he said TV since there are actually groups dedicated to giving POC roles in television, though movies are getting there because they want to market to international viewers. He also had to run out in the middle of our Q&A session because he had to use the bathroom. It was adorbs. Overall, he was a smart, funny, charming sweetheart. He was nice enough to take individual pictures for a dining hall full of people.
I would post my face, but I know people who use ONTD and I want to keep some anonymity + I looked like I was high as fuck (fitting).
