Cardi B dropped her new single 'Be Careful', where she raps about a boyfriend repeatedly cheating on her and tells him to be careful as he might lose her. People think it's about her fiancé Offset, who's been caught cheating on her multiple times.
She also sings on the chorus. The song has no other featured artists.
Some of the lyrics: I wanna get married, like the Currys, Steph and Ayesha shit But we more like Belly, Tommy and Keisha shit Gave you TLC, you wanna creep and shit Poured out my whole heart to a piece of shit
I could've did what you did to me to you a few times But if I did decide to slide, find a nigga Fuck him, suck his dick, you would've been pissed But that's not my M.O., I'm not that type of bitch And karma for you is gon' be who you end up with
It's blatant disrespect, you nothin' like the nigga I met Talk to me crazy and you quick to forget You even got me trippin', you got me lookin' in the mirror different Thinkin' I'm flawed because you inconsistent
Be careful with me, do you know what you doin'? Whose feelings that you're hurtin' and bruisin'? You gon' gain the whole world But is it worth the girl that you're losin'? Be careful with me Yeah, it's not a threat, it's a warnin'
MY THOUGHTS: ‘Be Careful’ is perfect but raw. Y’all expecting trap music, that’s too easy. Glad Cardi B is showing variety. It has Jamaican undertones, it’s so New York, lyrics has substance & it’s a song you play & vibe to. I love the Lauryn Hill reference. #BeCareful@IAmCardiB

Washed up rocker and freelance waste of oxygen Ted Nugent went on the record and said some really, really disturbing things about the young survivors of the worst mass school shooting in American history, insisting that they're under the influence of (that conservative extremist trope) a "soulless" liberal-intellectual oligarchy. He also airs his opinions about the student protests--but of course stays quiet about the constitutional right to protest.
Nugent has already said pointlessly offensive things whenever he needs attention but this is a remarkable and teachable moment. Nugent even flirts with making an ableist slur and desperately tries to reduce a collective global reaction of horror to the machinations of "poor, mushy-brained children".
As the tide of 90s nostalgia begins to drift back to the shores of our collective conscience, Americans are prompted to reflect on the 2 decades since horror was unleashed upon Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado. What was thought to be a (hopefully) passing trend has claimed hundreds of lives and come to dominate American discourse.
It's always remarkable to hear a privileged voice such as Nugent's making such insensitive, disgusting, and malicious remarks, and about children that have literally survived an attack on their lives. All the same, as an American, I believe that he reflects a dying, desperate voice in America, and is a remnant of the paranoia and dysfunction in our country's cultural DNA pool.

In part two of our discussion of heroic archetypes, I take a look at a couple of Batman’s more unique graphic novels including the Dark Knight Returns and Batman: Year 100, and how Lord Byron, The Shadow and Robin Hood continue to influence the portrayal of Batman.

The New York Times is reporting that the morning after Donald Trump won the Presidential Election, executives held a meeting to address the lack of economic diversity on their network.
ABC had spent years cultivating shows from people of color, different religious backgrounds and different perspectives on gender but not taken on the reality of how other people in other economic brackets are living.
ABC President Channing Dungey said: "We had not been thinking nearly enough about economic diversity and some of the other cultural divisions within our own country.
Dungey sad this led them to revive both Roseanne and America Idol. He said "Idol is about the American Dream. It's about a girl with a cowboy hat and a boy with a banjo and people from small towns where music has saved their lives in different ways.”
The article notes the ABC intends to continue greenlighting shows that show the other side of economic diversity. "In recent history we haven’t paid enough attention to some of the true realities of what life is like for everyday Americans in our dramas. We intend to take that into discussion in the future".

1. Meredith pulled the plug on Derek without even telling his family before she did it.
2. When Izzie not only had a relationship with dead Danny they also had ghost sex. And how Lizzy didn't get something was wrong even though she's a doctor, lived with doctors and her BFF boyfriend was a lead neurosurgeon
3. When Arizona cheated on Callie and straight-up blamed her for amputating her leg...even though it saved her life.
4. When — yes, we have to talk about it — the musical episode happened. Grey's Anatomy is NOT the kind of show that can pull off an episode of only singing.
5. When Cristina didn't win a Harper Avery award because of the hospital's connection to the Averys, BUT then Meredith got the same award years later even though she's in the EXACT SAME situation.
