OUT OF 376 FILMS RELEASED BETWEEN 2013 AND 2014
- Female directors helmed only 6.4% of the 376 movies released in 2013 and 2014
- MINORITY DIRECTORS: 12.5%
- Lionsgate had the most women directors: 9%
- Disney, Warner Bros. and the Weinstein Co.: 0
- Lionsgate also had the highest mark for male minority directors: 32%
- The report is a two-year study analyzing the films that were released in 2013 and 2014. It doesn't include foreign films, documentaries, animated films and re-releases.

Stan Kroenke, who owns the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, and St. Louis Rams is proposing a rival stadium in Inglewood, CA.

When THR tried to ask them about this Marvel declined to comment. The article goes on to talk about why they should make Iron Fist Asian, listing the original's cultural appropriation, a new fresh story, and a boost in views from the Asian market.
