NHF the lazy way they are comparing Gugu to Lupita.
For anyone curious on how to pronounce her name, she says it in the video.

A Milan appeals court has upheld a tax fraud conviction against A-list designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, despite the prosecutor’s request to drop the case. However, the court did shave two months off the original suspended sentence, to a year and six months.
Defense layer Massimo Dinoia was critical of the court’s decision to ignore the request to dismiss and pledged to appeal to Italy’s highest court.
The designers, mainstays of Milan fashion, were convicted of failing to declare 200 million euros ($268 million) through a Luxembourg company. The prosecutor, in calling for dismissal, called the company “a legal operation.”
Dolce and Gabbana have denied tax evasion — and even shut down their Milan stores for three days last summer “in indignation” over a city official’s remarks about their conviction.
The design duo has dozens of high-profile celebrity fans (including Selena Gomez, Julia Roberts, and Madonna). Last year, they accompanied Katy Perry to the Met Gala, though it seems unlikely they’ll make an appearance at the ball on Monday.
Still I wonder why it is.. I don't argue like this, with anyone but you

Gwyneth Paltrow's alternative to a designer Met Gala dress? A designer Goop collab hoodie, of course.
The Oscar winner wore exactly that while soaking up the California sunshine at the Brentwood Country Market with her daughter Apple on Tuesday, enjoying an afternoon out with her adorable offspring.
Paltrow, who recently split from hubby Chris Martin, was all smiles as she did a bit of shopping, appearing relaxed and comfortable as paps snapped pics of the blond stunner.
The 41-year-old beauty sported a Veronica Beard for Goop hoodie, which retails for a cool $895, as well as a pair of boyfriend jeans and trendy black shades. She wore her hair up in a casual ponytail and kept her low-key style accessory-free, looking gorgeous as ever despite her dressed-down appearance.
The photos of Paltrow's outing come on the heels of the star's confirmation that she will not be attending the 2014 Met Gala.
"Gwyneth will not be in New York and is unable to attend the ball," her rep told the New York Post.
Paltrow swore off the annual fashion bash last year in an interview with USA Today, slamming the fete as "un-fun."
"I'm never going again. It was so un-fun. It was boiling. It was too crowded. I did not enjoy it at all," the Oscar winner said.
The Black Keys will serve as Saturday Night Live's musical guest on May 10th, just three days prior to the release of their eighth studio album, Turn Blue. The episode, hosted by Charlize Theron, will feature tracks from that Danger Mouse-produced LP, and may include the psychedelic slow-jam "Turn Blue" and the hypnotic "Fever."
“We are always trying to push ourselves when we make a record — not repeat our previous work but not abandon it either," drummer Patrick Carney said in a statement about the album. "On this record, we let the songs breathe and explored moods, textures and sounds. We’re excited for the world to hear Turn Blue."
On May 16th, the band will headline the Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama. After that, they'll hit the road for an extensive summer tour of European festivals. Their Saturday Night Live appearance will be the band's third on the show and first since 2011.
Turn Blue, co produced by Danger Mouse with Carney and frontman Dan Auerbach, is due May 13. You can buy the single –or get it as a free instant download with album preorders—at theblackkeys.com/turnblue.
It's basically everything you've ever wanted in a rom-com.
Paul Rudd and Amy Poehler star in the upcoming parody film They Came Together, directed by Wet Hot American Summer's David Wain. The movie's trailer, which dropped on Wednesday, proves that romance is best served with lots of irony.
Goofy and lovable Rudd and Poehler (Joel and Molly, respectively) meet and fall in love, but average rom-com tropes quickly turn into outrageousness. Girl who gets hurt a lot? Check. Feeding each other pasta sauce? Check. Frolicking in the leaves? Check.
The film hits theaters on June 27 in select theaters and VOD.
awful tbh but any excuse for a french music post
Gugu Mbatha-Raw has the kind regal self-possession that makes you check your posture and wish you had invested in elocution classes. Riding in the back seat of a town car from a multi-hour press luncheon at La Grenouille to her downtown hotel, the British actress appears unflappable, her carefully considered answers delivered in the Queen’s English (not a single gratuitous “like” over the course of 25 minutes). It’s no surprise, then, that the 30-year-old actress flourished under the restrictive wardrobe and even stricter social codes that came with her role in the 18th-century historical film Belle, directed by Amma Asante and opening this Friday.
“I react to the nuances and constraints that are lost today. And I think it helps you be more scrupulous,” explains Mbatha-Raw. “And then the moment you get to explode, it has that much more significance.”
As Dido Elizabeth Belle, born to a slave mother and a wealthy British Admiral, Mbatha-Raw has plenty of opportunity to explore the full emotional register. Based on a true story, Belle follows its namesake protagonist as she grows up in the household of the 1st Earl of Mansfield (Tom Wilkinson), a famed barrister, against the backdrop of the anti-slavery movement in England. Raised alongside her white cousin, Elizabeth (Sarah Gadon), Belle is in the upper crust but not necessarily of it. When she comes into money upon her father’s death, she must navigate a society that can’t help but admire and abhor her.
For Mbatha-Raw, whose mother is an English nurse and father a South African doctor, it was a narrative to which she connected personally.
“There are no other films that I know of or stories in our culture that showcase a mixed-race woman in a lead. For me, it grounds you in a sense of history,” she says. “I think it’s exciting for the next generation of girls to grow up watching Belle as much as I grew up watching Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle in Pride and Prejudice.”
Mbatha-Raw was born in Oxford and grew up in West Oxforshire in a small market town called Whitney, which she affectionately refers to as “the shire.” An only child she was thrown into dance classes and community theater (her first stage role was at 11 as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz).
After graduating from the acclaimed Royal Academy of Dramatic Art school and the she appeared in a production of Romeo & Juliet opposite Andrew Garfield at the Royal Exchange in Manchester. In 2009, she starred as Ophelia opposite Jude Law in a Donmar Warehouse West End production of Hamlet, that later moved to Broadway.
Her next role is decidedly non-Shakespearian though there is plenty of drama involved: in the film Blackbird, she plays a modern day songstress who tries to commit suicide after winning a Grammy.
“What we explore is when this persona you create as a pop star becomes something you’re not allowed to take off. Everyone wants you to be that all the time. Psychologically, what are the implications of that?” says Mbatha-Raw, who doesn’t have an answer when it comes to her own rising star. “It’s a certain shield and defense mechanism if it need be. I’m negotiating it now, so you’ll have to ask me in six months’ time.”
ONE Direction heart-throb Niall Horan has sold 10,000 tickets for his charity soccer match – and he's not even playing. The chart-topper is no stranger to selling out stadiums with his four chart-topping bandmates, but now he's proved he has pulling power of his own.
"They're flying in with over 10,000 tickets sold already," said an event spokeswoman. "It will be fantastic for the two charities involved."The chance to see the Mullingar star (20) standing on the sideline is proving a massive draw for his legions of teenage fans.
Unfortunately for him, though, a recent knee injury means he won't be able to take to the pitch. The spokeswoman said: "He'll just be managing, but saying that, he's taking his role very seriously."
The match will be played at the King Power stadium – the home of Leicester City – on May 26, a day after the band's final trio of gigs at Croke Park. But far from enjoying a well-deserved day off, the big-hearted star is helping drum up some serious cash for charity.
He'll be joined at the match by bandmates Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne alongside Keith Duffy, Rod Stewart and Olly Murs.Niall will donate proceeds from the Niall Horan Charity Football Challenge to Irish Autism Action, which is based in Mullingar, and UK charity Heart and Minds Challenge.
Derby County supporter Niall will also have Jason McAteer and former England player Robbie Fowler on his side, which should help make it a tough team to beat. They'll be going up against TV's Mr Nasty, Piers Morgan, who will turn out for a tasty selection managed by former Welsh international Robbie Savage.Calling on his fans to support him on the day, Niall this week tweeted: "Who's coming to the game on the 26th of May? You gotta get your tickets , there are loads of them left."
He said he was "very excited" to be hosting his first charity football match."Me and my bandmates are looking forward to giving Robbie a run for his money," he said.
One Direction, who have kicked off their Where We Are global tour, are currently in South America.
Dozens of One Direction Fans Treated for Asphyxia at Peru Concert
A One Direction concert last Sunday (April 27) at Lima's Estadio Nacional in Peru caused 47 young fans to be treated for symptoms of asphyxia. Asphyxia is a potentially life-threatening condition caused by a lack of oxygen or excess of carbon dioxide to the body. Although tents had to be used as emergency treatment centers at the venue, no serious injuries or fatalities were reported.
The dangerous conditions commenced after concert doors were opened and fans rushed to get as close as possible to the stage in the 40,000-capacity stadium. Throughout the performance fans continued to push, with band members pleading with them to stop.“If you don’t want anyone to take us off the stage, make sure you stay back,” the group's Niall Horan warned. The concert continued and ended as planned, complete with 19 songs and four encores, according to Sky News.
The show was the second of 69 in One Direction's Where We Are world tour. Thursday night (May 1) the South American leg continues with a date in Santiago, Chile. The band will then tour Europe before returning to North America on Aug. 1 in Toronto,
One Direction ‘forced to move hotels because of screaming fans in Peru’ ahead of their Chilean concert
They performed to a packed out crowd in Santiago on Wednesday night, but One Direction could be forgiven if they were feeling a little tired. The boyband have been struggling to sleep at their hotel rooms as screaming fans have been keeping them awake at night. It all proved too much for the boys in Peru, as they were forced to switch hotels to escape the noise. Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson were told not to return to their rooms at the Belmond Palacio Nazarenas in Cusco after a sightseeing trip to the ancient Machu Picchu ruins, the hotel confirmed. It was because officers struggled to stop excited girls from storming the building.
Around 250 fans had filled the tiny square outside the hotel, where rooms cost £350-a-night, and over 25 police officers attempted to disperse them, but eventually decided it would be best for the Little Things hitmakers to relocate.
One Direction are on the South American leg of their Where We Are world tour.
A source told Jonathan Reilly of The Sun newspaper: ‘There were hundreds of screaming girls outside the hotel.‘Police were struggling to keep them back and keep them off the road.’ They added: ‘The fans with their posters nearly filled the entire square.’ The band flew out of Peru by private jet on Tuesday to Santiago, Chile, for their next gig. Last week, it was revealed over 6,000 police had been assigned to protect the quintet in Colombia to keep them safe from gun violence and kidnapping threats.
A source said: ‘No risks are being taken. The dangers in some of these countries are very real and that's why management have arranged the world's best security teams.
There will be no wandering into the city for partying or sightseeing anywhere deemed dangerous - and Colombia is definitely dangerous.’The Story of My Life group were escorted to and from El Campin stadium by police with a convoy of security vehicles and a team of more than 200 guards at the stadium.
MailOnline have contacted One Direction's representatives for comment.
Liam Payne & Zayn Malik Simulate Oral Sex On Stage – Shocking Pic
Well, that’s awkward. A new photo hit the web of 1D’s singers Liam Payne and Zayn Malik and they look like they’re in a pretty compromising position! See the hysterical pic here.
Zayn Malik and Liam Payne are getting awfully close in this new pic! While it may just be the angle the pic was taken, we can’t help but laugh aloud every time we see this pic. While Zayn, 21, is standing and singing on stage during a One Direction concert, Liam, 20, is down on his knees — and looks like he’s singing into something other than the mic.
In a new pic, which was taken by a fan at a concert and posted on Twitter, Liam appears to be singing into a certain body part of Zayn while they’re dancing. It’s clear that Liam’s just further behind Zayn on stage and the pic just happens to be taken from the perfect angle.
Rita Ora is getting risqué in a new photo shoot for Terry Richardson. The blonde bombshell strips down in the black-and-white photos, which the photographer shared on his blog. Wearing only a sheer bra, she flashes the camera with her hands tucked in her pants.
In another provocative photo, the “I Will Never Let You Down” singer goes completely topless, covering her breasts with her hands and Richardson’s flannel shirt. She also wears his glasses and gives the thumbs up in his signature pose.
On Tuesday, Rita played an intimate show at The Box in NYC and debuted some new songs off her upcoming sophomore album including “Get a Little Closer” and “Last Love.”
Due in September, the follow-up to her 2012 debut features contributions from DJ Mustard, Diplo, Macklemore, and Prince.
There is a reason Madonna has a security posse. And her name is Kathy Griffin.
Accompanying the great Entertainment Weekly photoshoot, there was also a great new behind-the-scenes video in which author John Green talks about the cast and his experience on set! Be sure to watch very closely, there is new behind-the-scenes footage, small clips from the film, and a sneak peek at some new sets. Plus, we get our first look at Willem Dafoe as our Peter Van Houten!
Entertainment Weekly has huge new feature for The Fault in Our Stars movie and it will be hitting newsstands Friday, May 2. There is so much great content being released from the feature that it is almost hard to keep up with!
Yesterday the cover, two new stills, and set details were shared from the article! Today we have found some gorgeous new photos from the cover shoot, a behind-the-scenes video, and two more stills! Thank you to TFiOS Blogspot for sharing the new stills!
The first new still shows Hazel and Gus taking a romantic evening walk in Amsterdam and the second still features them adorably snuggling on the couch. Take a look below:
Jhené Aiko is heating up the pages of GQ. The multiracial beauty, who the magazine describes as the “fantasy girl who rappers are always complaining doesn’t exist,” wears a camo Jean Paul Gaultier jacket with nothing underneath and Dolce & Gabbana panties as she strolls on the beach in the May issue.
The 26-year-old singer opens up what kind of guy she wants. “If a man has a chef and maid, then I can’t practice my domestic powers,” she says. “Mostly, I just don’t want a guy who would waste money.”
And she has no problem being one of the guys. “I probably smoke weed twice a week and have no problem sleeping for 10 hours.”
Jhené’s dark and melodic debut Souled Out is due this summer. “There’s no fucking around with this album,” she says.
They’ve been married for almost five years.
And it seems Milla Jovovich and her 49-year-old husband Paul W.S. Anderson are still keeping that spark alive.
On Wednesday the director was seen presenting the 38-year-old actress with a stunning bouquet of white Hydrangeas as he helped her into his silver convertible Aston Martin after a shopping trip in Los Angeles.
If you weren’t already won over by the insanely cheap shoes, the adorable throw pillows, and the clean-smelling aisles full of girly junk, Target has just given you a pretty good reason to love them. Following in Vogue‘s footsteps, the store has decided to end its relationship with Terry Richardson.
“We worked with Terry on a campaign for one of our limited-edition collaborations,” Target spokesman Joshua Thomas said in an email. “We have no plans to work with him in the future.”
Good. Considering how many people have continued to support Richardson financially in the midst of all this controversy, it’s a relief to see someone is taking a stand. I tend to take the cover-my-ears-and-sing-loudly approach to news about Richardson– not because I support him in any way, but because I’m so totally convinced that he’s dangerous that I’m sick of seeing people give his work the time of day. If you’re like me and you need a refresher about what’s going on, model Emma Appleton came forward this week with a screencap of a text message that allegedly shows Richardson offering her a Vogue shoot in exchange for sex. Add this to the stories from numerous other models who’ve made similar claims, and it seems pretty darn likely that this guy is a worthless piece of shit. It makes me proud to know that I waste most of my money on fancy waffle irons and cheap tote bags from a store that doesn’t actively support sex abuse against models.

Did anyone watch the premiere last week? It didn’t get the best reviews but the ratings were okay. I actually really liked it. I love the cast. Will definitely check it out again tonight (9.30/8.30c. CBS).
Lifetime's new series Little Women: LA follows the lives of a group of little people including Elena Gant, who is known for doing a 'Little Britney' act in Las Vegas.
But according to TMZ, Jeff Beacher, the owner of Beacher's Madhouse, which is located in the MGM Grand Hotel, has sent a cease and desist letter to the producers of the show, claiming that he owns the rights to her act.
The theater owner has reportedly threatened to sue if the producers exploit Elena's reputation as 'Little Britney' and use it to promote the show.
Mr. Beacher says he also owns the copyright for other impersonation acts including 'Little Miley', 'Little Kesha', 'Little Gaga' and 'Little Katy Perry', and he's willing to take legal action if any of them are violated.
Mr. Beacher may feel threatened by the TV show, but it's Britney Spears herself who should be intimidated by Elena's act.
Indeed, the four-foot-four future reality star's act debuted at Beacher's Madhouse on December 27th, the very same night Britney's Vegas Piece of Me act opened at Planet Hollywood.
But while the iconic pop star rakes in about $310,000 for each show, her lookalike reportedly makes just $310 a night.
This is the first I'm hearing about this show so congrats on giving them promo.
