Word had it that Prince and Lady Gaga may make some contributions, but now The Bullitts aka the brainchild of singer/songwriter/producer Jeymes Samuel has hit Twitter with some revealing information.
Jay-Z and myself have been working tirelessly on the score for the upcoming #CLASSIC The Great Gatsby! It is too DOPE for words!— THE BULLITTS (@TheBullitts) December 30, 2012
Already a spotlight in the trailers, and his music even featured as motivation during production, none other than Jay-Z is reportedly working on the score. Tweeting yesterday, Samuel said, “Jay-Z and myself have been working tirelessly on the score for the upcoming #CLASSIC The Great Gatsby! It is too DOPE for words!”
We’ve got no other details regarding to what capacity his involvement is, especially considering Craig Armstrong is currently credited with the original score, but it’s safe to see we can’t wait to see how Luhrmann integrates this hip-hop talent into his F. Scott Fitzgerald adaptation.
2 days and 20 years
She’s married and they have a child. And these days she’s much more visible -- all over -- than he is. There have been rumours, since they seem to be apart so often, that their relationship has been unstable. Though they’ve recently been seen together, and appear to be happy, he might not feel so secure if he were to find out who she’s sleeping with behind his back, and so indiscriminately.
My sources confirm that there was a boy, a very young, very famous, pop boy with his own fragile love situation who she f-cked for sh-ts and giggles. Just 2 nights later, it was another very famous former pop boy (of sorts) 20 years older who, obviously, specifically targets her small demographic. One night only. Those would be her more famous indiscretions. But they say she’s been cheating all over the place and all the time.
Exes & Wives
Just some personality and colour I thought you might enjoy...
Comeback Kid only dates famous girls. When he and Golden were together, he stepped out on her twice that she knows of: once with a stripper and the other with Pigtails. But even though it’s been years, and she’s well moved on, Golden still has a hard time hearing Pigtails’ music. Her trainer made the mistake of playing it once when they were working out. She demanded that it be turned off immediately and never again while she’s in studio.
While Golden can’t let go of her resentment, Comeback’s wife, the PM, can’t help it either. People assume that it’s his other, more curvier ex, who makes her crazy but homemaker to homemaker, it’s actually Golden who she can’t stand, and has been overheard disparaging, unimpressed with her skills and her ideas, rolling her eyes when her name comes up.
He wants, she doesn’t
The assumption: that in any discussion about marriage and babies, she’s the one who wants it and would have his immediately if only he’d ask. But he’s the one who wants, or at least is leaning more towards having kids, than she is. HE is the one who wants to start a family with HER. She’s resistant because of concerns about her past health, worried about what that would mean for both her, and her future children. He’s not pressing but they’ve been seeing specialists together, looking into different options, hoping to perhaps be parents within two years, even though no one seems to (want to) believe they can make it that long.

According to the National Enquirer, Brad Pitt is trying to buy an Angelina Jolie sex tape for $10 million so it’ll never see the light of day. He’s afraid that if the tape were to ever go public, it would scar their six children emotionally and psychologically. At the very least, Maddox, Pax and Knox are going to have a very confusing puberty.
“Brad’s out to protect the new image that Angelina has tried hard to build – A-list actress, doting mother of six and UN human-rights crusader,” a source said.
“He’ll do whatever it takes to buy these photos and track down the alleged sex tape.”
The tape was allegedly filmed during a “drug-fueled session” in 1999 at around the same time a friend took pictures of Angelina looking strung-out. According to whoever, Angelina was so high that she doesn’t know exactly what she did but it may have involved cutting and kinky sex.
That is to say, if you’re in search of a young Angelina Jolie banging some dude while high and out of her mind, you’d better build a time machine and travel back to 1999 with some coke.
LET'S HAVE A PARTYYYYYYY! <3 How are you spending the NYE?
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!
It's no secret that she's been trying to get pregnant ever since tying the knot with husband Lamar Odom.
And while she has tweeted her joy over news that sister Kim has fallen pregnant with boyfriend Kanye West's child, Khloe Kardashian could be forgiven for feeling a little sadness after her own very public struggle to conceive.
While the 28-year-old was ecstatic at the prospect of a new addition to her famous family, many of her fans posted messages sympathetic to the reality star who has been struggling to start a family with her husband of three years.
The reality star, who has spoken publicly about her desire to have a baby and her struggle to fall pregnant, put her own heartbreak aside as she wrote on Twitter: 'Keeping secrets is hard with so many family members! Especially when you are so freaking excited!!!!! LOVE is everything!!!!.'
She later retweeted a post by her husband Lamar, who alluded to the couple's own problems conceiving: '@RealLamarOdom: I'm excited for Kanye and my sister! There's nothing like bringing life into this world! Let's keep Gods blessings coming!'
But while the whole family have got behind Kim and Kanye, expressing their excitement about the forthcoming birth, there has been an outpouring of support for Khloe on the social networking site.
Fans of the X Factor USA presenter sent her their best wishes and prayers that she would fall pregnant soon as well.
I LOVE IT.
HBO is taking the sharp success of "Girls" and applying the series' sensibilities to the music industry -- by releasing an official soundtrack.
"Girls - Volume 1: Music from the HBO Original Series" will feature music from the first and second seasons of the show. While it won't be available in time for holiday gift lists, the album hit stores on January 8 -- the same week as the show's Season 2 premiere (scheduled for January 13).
Lena Dunham announced the news on Twitter, saying that the "soundtrack drops, hard, on January 8th."
A standard 14-track and an expanded digital edition of the album will be released, featuring songs from bands that fans of the show will be familiar with, including Fleet Foxes, Sleigh Bells, Oh Land, and Fun. (whose guitarist, Jack Antonoff, has been romantically linked to Dunham).
The soundtrack also includes a new song by Santigold, which is eponymous with the series title. Listen to the new track below, and tell us: Will you be "dancing on your own" to the "Girls" soundtrack this winter?
I loved all of the music featured in season 1 and can't wait for a new Fleet Foxes track. I may even pay for this <3

Many Americans spend New Year’s Eve at wild parties with Champagne, but Michelle Duggar and her family are ringing in the New Year doing one simple thing – praying.
The 19 Kids and Counting star along with her husband Jim Bob Duggar and their children will all be together for the holiday and will celebrate in their own unique way.
“We usually spend time fellowshipping and playing games and visiting as we get ready for midnight,” she blogged about the Duggar family plans.
As devout followers of Quiverfull, the religious family will be together praying, although with 19 children and two grandchildren, plus any friends that come over, the prayers can last way past midnight!
“Our midnight tradition is to pray in the New Year. About 15 minutes before the New Year is here, we’ll start taking turns going around the room praying and giving thanks. By the time everyone gets a turn, it’s already the New Year.
“It’s a very special time for our family – it gives each one of us an opportunity to really just open up our hearts and talk about the things that we’re thankful for. We always give thanks for the past year and look forward to the New Year. We don’t really focus on resolutions in our family.
“Some of us may make plans to exercise more or do more, there’s definitely a little of that. However, the focus is really more on growing and drawing closer to God. When we do that, I think things fall into place the way they should. For our family, that has a lot to do with getting things moving in the right direction for us. All of the pieces start falling into place when we keep our focus on our faith.”
Only half an hour until New Years in London!!
There will be another FFAF later for when the New Years reaches America.
Same FFAF rules apply!!
Joining forces with Marquee nightclub, the Star casino group hired a private 747 to fly in more than a dozen high-profile celebrities including Leonardo DiCaprio, Chace Crawford, Samantha Ronson and Jonah Hill to ring in the new year.
While The Star refused to comment on the trip, Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx tweeted an image of the private jet which flew them here on Friday.
Glee star Matthew Morrison arrived on Thursday and was spotted dining with girlfriend Renee Puente at Mrs Sippy restaurant in Double Bay that night.
Also flying in for New Year's Eve are Teen Wolf star Colton Haynes, 'N Sync member JC Chasez, High School Musical's Lucas Grabeel, Desperate Housewives actor Shawn Pyfrom, Entourage's Kevin Connolly, Royal Pains' Kyle Howard and My Name Is Earl star Ethan Suplee.
Meanwhile, DiCaprio, Connolly, Suplee and Hill soaked up the sun and the sights of Sydney aboard a luxury cruiser on the Harbour, stopping by floating bar, The Island.
Is it Halloween all over again?
Anne Hathaway was under a lot of pressure to lose weight for her role as a disease-ridden prostitute in director Tom Hooper's film adaptation of the epic Broadway musical Les Miserables -- but not from Hooper himself, or from anyone else on the production side of the movie.
In a new interview with the Los Angeles Times, the 29-year-old Golden Globe nominee admits that her drastic make-under -- which involved nearly starving herself to drop 25 pounds from her already-slim frame -- was an obsession of her own making, not her director's. In fact, he attempted to talk her out of it.
"To be honest, I thought she was going further than she should, and I tried to discourage her," Hooper tells the newspaper of Hathaway's severe weight loss.
"Tom didn't like what I was doing, but he understood why I was doing it," the actress counters. "No one liked what I was doing. By the end, people were hugging me, and they would get emotional because I felt so frail."
Still, the star insists she has no regrets about pushing herself to the brink, especially if it nudges her career forward. (Some say she's already a lock for an Oscar nomination, though she claims her performance of "I Dreamed a Dream" is just "eh.")
"I see the sort of work that people like Meryl Streep and Cate Blanchett and Kate Winslet can do, and I want to do that level of work so badly," she tells the L.A. Times of those Oscar winners. "But I don't believe I'm as gifted as them. So the only thing I can control is how hard I work at it -- how much do I commit to it? How far will I take it?"
Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris had a small, private New Year’s Eve wedding yesterday at the Playboy mansion. Only a few, selected friends and family members witnessed the nuptials of the 86-year-old Playboy founder and the 26-year-old Playboy model.
Crystal tweeted a few photos of her big day, including a glimpse at her mermaid wedding dress:
Chrystal and Hef were supposed to tie the knot over a year-and-a-half ago, but Crystal bailed on the wedding at the last minute and over-shared why she decided to split. They were able to work past their differences, and about a month ago they announced they were engaged again.
This is Hugh’s third marriage, and he has two children each with both of his ex-wives.

Can't wait for Elementary to come back this Thursday! Mods, can we please have a tag for Elementary?
Ann Curry is begging NBC bosses to let her out of her contract so she can accept a high-profile anchor job at CNN.
Curry is reportedly earmarked for Anderson Cooper's coveted 8pm slot at the rival TV station by her former Today show boss, Jeff Zucker, who will take over as president of CNN Worldwide in February.
If she quits without the green light from NBC, a clause in her contract bans her from working for any other news outlet.
'Ann wants out of her contract, big time,' a source close to the situation told RadarOnline. 'She has formally asked her attorney to explore exit options from the network.'
But the website claims NBC bosses are unwilling to release Curry without a fight.
'If Ann were to just quit, there is a non-compete clause, which would prohibit her from working for another news outlet for two years,' the insider said.
Zucker, previously executive producer at the Today show and one-time head of NBC Universal, wants to put Curry in the prime-time 8pm slot currently occupied by Anderson Cooper, RadarOnline reported.
Curry's lawyers are arguing that her dramatic demotion from Today in April was in fact a breach of her contract terms by NBC.
'Ann's lawyer feels that there is a very strong case to be made that NBC has breached terms of the deal because Curry was demoted from Today,' the source told RadarOnline.
'Furthermore, Ann has basically been sequestered from appearing on the network. Yes, she has been doing some work that has been assigned to her, but it hasn't been steady.'
Today is set to finish the year trailing its rival Good Morning America. Curry was dumped as co-anchor of the NBC morning show after Today lost its top spot, as bosses thought a fresh face may bring back viewers.
But the depressing ratings got worse, something which has vindicated Curry, according to RadarOnline. The website claims things won't improve for Today until NBC sets Curry free.
'The numbers just don't lie. (Ann) wasn't responsible for the show tanking in the ratings,' the insider said. 'Ann doesn't like the fact that the show isn't back on top, but her on-air presence wasn't the problem.
'In fact, the show lost more viewers after Ann departed the show. As long as Ann remains at NBC, it will be a constant reminder to everyone of how badly the situation was handled.
'It would be so much better for NBC, Ann, and CNN if she was let out of her contract. It would be a new beginning and a chance for all parties involved to move on, once and for all.'
A source recently told The New York Post that Cooper could transition to a 'Christiane Amanpour role' as a globetrotting correspondent, if Curry bumped him from his spot.
I suggest we call this situation FREE CURRY because it's to the point and sounds delicious.
For the last two decades, video game movies have been so bad that the genre itself has become shorthand for failure.
So when French game publisher Ubisoft, best known for its "Assassin's Creed" series and Tom Clancy-branded military games, decided to take a stab at movies, the company didn't search for a Hollywood expert to be its partner. Ubisoft decided to hire him.
Jean-Julien Baronnet, chief executive of the 2-year-old Ubisoft Motion Pictures unit, takes a hands-on approach to translating his company's intellectual property from interactive to linear media. The former head of movie director Luc Besson's EuropaCorp spends one week a month in Los Angeles and is intimately involved in casting, script and filmmaking decisions.
In an industry where licensors are typically expected to leave filmmaking to the experts, Baronnet's demands for creative control and financial participation helped cause near-done deals with Paramount Pictures and Sony Pictures to fall apart, according to people involved in the talks but not authorized to speak publicly.
But with two game adaptations in the pipeline — starring Michael Fassbender and Tom Hardy and set up at New Regency Productions — Baronnet is confident his video game movies will make money and reflect well on their source material.
"If you look at past adaptations of games to movies, none were done by an integrated gaming company that put a movie structure inside of itself," Baronnet said during a recent visit to L.A. "We're not here to just license and we're not here to produce big movies ourselves. We are really in the middle of it."
A list of failed movies based on video games includes disasters like 1993's "Super Mario Bros." starring Bob Hoskins, Dwayne Johnson's "Doom" in 2005 and Mark Wahlberg's 2008 "Max Payne."
But many in Hollywood still see gold in video games — and not just because they're a $67-billion global industry, according to research firm DFC Intelligence. Much as comic books have become a prime source for movie ideas, many believe video games are poised to do the same. Other game-based projects in the works include "Need for Speed" at DreamWorks, "Deus Ex" at CBS Films and "Warcraft" at Legendary Pictures.
Ubisoft, a mid-size company that lags behind industry giants Nintendo and Activision Blizzard, turned away approaches from movie producers for years before concluding that, to grow its franchises, it needed a presence beyond games and the Web videos it produces out of its Montreal studios. In dozens of meetings since 2011, Baronnet has made a reputation in Hollywood in the time-honored way: as a man with movies to make and money to spend.
Unlike other game companies, Ubisoft has paid writers to develop ideas and struck deals with A-list stars before getting a studio involved. The goal, Baronnet said, is to ensure that the essence of his company's games is not lost as Hollywood strangers shepherd them to the big screen.
"With so much at stake, it's important we don't give up the DNA of the game, the fundamental pillars," he said.
Fassbender will play the lead in "Assassin's Creed," in which a modern-day man experiences the lives of ancestors who were assassins during the Crusades, Renaissance Italy and the American Revolution.
In "Splinter Cell," Hardy, best known as the villain Bane in "The Dark Knight Rises," will play the leader of an elite black ops military unit.
"We're looking to bring both an independent and studio mentality to these movies, and both these actors speak to that," said New Regency Chief Executive Brad Weston.
Beyond extensive creative involvement, Ubisoft also has the right to co-finance any movie with New Regency, meaning it could invest in a second film in either series after forgoing the first. Other studios balked at that demand, since sequels are typically safer investments than originals.
Weston said the quality of Ubisoft's intellectual property and its role in the development process justifies the unusual arrangement.
"Ubisoft did something very intelligent in bringing people from the film industry who speak the same language that we do," he said. "We're working in partnership versus [the more standard method of] us doing the work and then turning it in for approval."
As scripts are being written, Weston said, the next step is to find directors for the two movies, which are expected to cost more than $100 million each and to come out no earlier than late 2014.
Baronnet is also putting together a pitch for a movie based on the "Ghost Recon" games about a special operations military squad.
And Ubisoft is producing a cartoon series based on its lighthearted "Rabbids" games that it financed through sales to TV networks around the world, including Nickelodeon in the U.S.
With relatively little of its own money on the line, success for Ubisoft Motion Pictures won't make a dent in the bottom line of a company that generated revenue of $1.4 billion in its last fiscal year. Still, hard-core players are sure to analyze every detail of the movies, while for millions of non-gamers, the films will be their first exposure to "Assassin's Creed" or "Splinter Cell."
"We don't want to make an average movie," Baronnet said."We want to make a movie that will serve the brand and make happy the gamers and also the non-gamers. I think it has never been done before, but we can build this bridge."
Yes. Because the last thing we need is an overrated bland white man playing an assassin. DNW.
Lindsay Lohan is starting off the New Year looking worse for wear and RadarOnline.com has the photos of her haggard look just hours before 2013 begins.
The 26-year-old troubled actress is in London for the holiday and she was snapped entering the posh hotel the Dorchester looking bloated and bedraggled.
Lindsay’s straggly red hair was pulled back in a messy pony tail and her face looked puffy as she was escorted into the hotel by a bodyguard.
“I feel very blessed to be able to spend time w/ my mom, family&very wonderful friends. Very grateful…May only good things come this year,” she Tweeted on New Year’s Eve, but it looks like she may have already started partying.
Lindsay is facing a world of legal trouble back in the States, and she may end up serving up to eight months in jail if she is found guilty of violating her probation for the necklace theft case after she allegedly lied to police this summer about whether she was driving when she got into an accident on the Pacific Coast Highway.
Another day, and another tabloid story regarding one of the contestants from this season of “The X Factor” UK. On Sunday, the talk was all about the rumors that Rylan Clark could be replacing Olly Murs as the new co-host on “The Xtra Factor,” and today the subject is on something rather different altogether: whether or not Union J is drifting away from their long-rumored choice of manager in Louis Walsh.
At the time of the show’s finale, it was made very clear to many that the boys intended to sign with the man helped build Westlife into a success, and also worked with them through the entirety of the singing competition this year. According to The Sun, the band is now trying to decide between Walsh and Ortise Williams of JLS, a man who knows that modern music industry well in addition to what it takes to actually be in a successful boy band
Here is what one source had to say on this very subject to the tabloid:
I hope this isn't true....ugh babies no
In other news Jaymi announced at their show (2:35) that their first single will be out in April
