Brad Pitt has fired back in his bitter custody battle with Angelina Jolie over their six kids on Thursday by legally requesting to have their divorce proceedings sealed.

Pitt asserts Jolie has "no self-regulating mechanism" when it comes to preventing sensitive information from going public

According to court documents obtained by CNN Jolie's camp opposed that hearing and also alleged Pitt's request was "a thinly veiled attempt to shield himself, rather than the minor children, from public view,".

She says that she's not offended when people think of her as a sex symbol, as she is an actress therefore being objectified is a part of her job.

She also points out that being hot shouldn't be the only thing you amount up to.

Do you think being objectified comes with being a celeb ontd ?

"Based on Dav Pilkey's long-running and frequently banned kids' books, the animated Captain Underpants follows George Beard (Kevin Hart) and Harold Hutchins (Thomas Middleditch), two fourth graders who hypnotize their tyrannical principal (Ed Helms) into stripping down, tying a curtain around his neck, and declaring himself Earth's newest defender."

    • Movie will mix traditional CG animation, sock puppet sequences, and hand-drawn 2D scenes to capture the books' eccentric nature. The Flip-o-Rama is in!!!

The movie will hit theaters June 2nd, 2017

Merry Christmas to the user who was hyped for this movie, whoever you are. Also, why the fuck is Kevin Hart doing voicework for a fourth grader? I cannot get with his homophobic, one-trick pony ass.

One day after announcing that they would change the title of their upcoming docu-series about young members of the KKK from Generation KKK to Escaping the KKK: A Documentary Series Exposing Hate in America, A&E has announced that the show will not air at all. A statement released to the media said:

“A&E learned last night from the third-party producers who made the documentary that cash payments — which we currently understand to be nominal — were made in the field to some participants in order to facilitate access. While we stand behind the intent of the series and the seriousness of the content, these payments are a direct violation of A&E’s policies and practices for a documentary. We had previously provided assurances to the public and to our core partners — including the Anti-Defamation League and Color of Change — that no payment was made to hate group members, and we believed that to be the case at the time. We have now decided not to move forward with airing this project.”

The series had been scheduled to begin airing its eight-episode run on January 10th. Celebrities including Ellen Pompeo had called for a boycott of A&E out of fear that the show would serve to normalize the hate group.

Edited to change to picture without a child in it

The show is called Somewhere Between and was ordered straight to series for Summer 2017.

    * It is a remake of the 2014 Korean drama God's Gift- 14 Days. The show is about a mother, after living through the murder of her daughter, gets a second chance to save her.
    * The show has secured writer (Stephen Tolkin, Brothers & Sisters) and executive producers Ivan Fecan and Joseph Broido.
*This is the second Korean show to be adapted for American audiences, after NBC's Better Late Than Never, which was an adaptation of the hit show Grandpas Over Flowers. Only two American shows have been adapted for Korean audiences, The Good Wife, which was a hit for Korean cable channel TvN, and Entourage which was the biggest flop of the year for TvN.

An excuse for a K-drama post. Who's watching Goblin?

  • Apparently, Nickelodeon has created the kids version of Lip sync battle called Lip Sync Shorties. I don't know much about the show nor do I care to, I just want to talk about the black excellence that is these two kids. Hold on to your Christmas eve dinner and prepare to gag on their performance.

ONTD, which of your favorites did 2016 come for?  My heart broke when I remembered Anton. :(

List of the 25 shows people are most excited about:

    20. The Handmaid's Tale

Starring: Elisabeth Moss, Samira Wiley, Joseph Fiennes
Air Date: April 26 on Hulu
Official description:"Adapted from the classic novel by Margaret Atwood, The Handmaid's Tale is the story of life in the dystopia of Gilead, a totalitarian society in what was formerly the United States. Facing environmental disasters and a plunging birthrate, Gilead is ruled by a twisted fundamentalism in its militarized ‘return to traditional values'. As one of the few remaining fertile women, Offred (Elisabeth Moss) is a Handmaid in the Commander’s household, one of the caste of women forced into sexual servitude as a last desperate attempt to repopulate the world. In this terrifying society, Offred must navigate between Commanders, their cruel Wives, domestic Marthas, and her fellow Handmaids – where anyone could be a spy for Gilead – all with one goal: to survive and find the daughter that was taken from her."

    17. Dear White People

Starring: Justin Simien, Brandon P. Bell, Logan Browning
    Air Date: TBA on Netflix
Official Description:"Netflix will bring exclusively to global members Dear White People, a comedy series based on writer/director/producer Justin Simien’s critically-acclaimed, Sundance award-winning satirical indie film. The series will be produced by Lionsgate, whose sister company Roadside Attractions released the original film in 2014. The 10-episode, 30-minute series will go into production later this year and will premiere on Netflix around the world in 2017."

    8. Star Trek: Discovery

    Starring: Sonequa Martin-Green, Michelle Yeoh
    Air Date: May on CBS
Official Description:"The main character of Discovery will be a woman and—in an unprecedented move for the franchise—not the captain of the U.S.S. Discovery [...] The new series will be set in the Prime Universe (as opposed to the Kelvin Timeline used in the J.J. Abrams-produced films) and will take place about 10 years before Captain Kirk's five-year mission. In other words, the series will act as a bridge between the first two series in the timeline, about a century after Star Trek: Enterprise (which was a prequel) and a decade before The Original Series."

    5. A Series of Unfortunate Events

Starring: Neil Patrick Harris, Patrick Warburton, Malina Weissman, Louis Hynes, Joan Cusack, K. Todd Freeman
Air Date: January 13 on Netflix

The siblings must outsmart Olaf at every turn, foiling his many devious plans and disguises, in order to discover clues to their parents’ mysterious death. The eight-episode series is a Netflix original production, executive produced by Emmy Award winner Barry Sonnenfeld and Daniel Handler, and also stars Patrick Warburton (Lemony Snicket), Joan Cusack (Justice Strauss), Malina Weissman (Violet Baudelaire) and Louis Hynes (Klaus Baudelaire)."

    2. American Gods

    14. Prison Break
Realistically, how many times can one person escape from prison? Viewers asked themselves that question many a time during the four-season run of the Fox series. It had its great moments, but the concept was just not fit to be told over a long arc. Season 4 was all over the place, with Sara returning from the dead. And now Michael is returning from the dead in a rebooted series next year. Can we all assume the show is supernatural, or something?

    12. Revenge
Emily Thorne AKA Amanda Clarke had a revenge plan that went on way too long. What should have been a limited series was dragged out four full seasons. Viewers were tired of it. The whole initiative storyline in Season 2 was only present to drag the main storyline out for longer.

    9. Quantico
Quantico has always felt like a show that hailed from Shondaland. It has crazy twists and a whole lot of sex. The thing that seemed to rile the fans up was that the show seemed way too focused on pushing Ryan and Alex as a couple. Ryan is one of those characters that gets monotonous quickly. The back and forth between him and Alex is probably why the show will be cancelled in May.

    5. Sleepy Hollow
When you think of the TV adaptation of Sleepy Hollow, you think of Tom Mison’s Ichabod Crane and Nicole Beharies’ Abby Mills. Right?! You can only imagine how shocked fans were when Abby departed the show for good at the end of Season 3. Fans made their voices heard and claimed they would be steering clear of a potential fourth season if the duo was not intact. Fox, surprisingly renewed the show for a fourth season with a new lead to replace Abby. Will it last the season?

    3. True Blood
True Blood was always a series that was over the top. Initially, it was about vampires and shapeshifters, but it then started introducing werewolves, fairies and witches. It took what many loved about the show and completely ruined it. It resulted in one of the worst series finales in the history of television. Sookie ending up with neither Bill, or Eric was just pointless and a slap in the face to the fans who stuck with the show.
