Is Geography a struggle for you? You are (sadly) not alone. Here are some celebrities who are terrible at basic Geography.
1. Taylor Momsen
During a gig, said that "Glasgow is the craziest crowd in all of England".
Learn something from this: Glasgow is a city in Scotland (but not the capital! That's Edinburgh). Scotland and England are both countries in the United Kingdom.
2. Lady Gaga
When playing a show in Dublin in 2012, Lady Gaga told the crowd she was "delighted to be back in the UK".
Learn something from this: Dublin is the capital of Ireland, a country which is not part of the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).
3. Britney Spears
"I get to go to lots of overseas places, like Canada."
"I've never really wanted to go to Japan. Simply because I don't like eating fish. And I know that's very popular out there in Africa."
Learn something from this: Britney is from the US. Canada is not overseas from the US; the countries share a border, in fact. Japan is in Asia. Fish is indeed pretty popular there, but people also eat many other things.
4. Paris Hilton
“I love Africa in general. South Africa and West Africa. They are both great countries.”
Learn something from this: South Africa is indeed a country, but West Africa is a subregion in the continent of Africa. Here's a map.
5. Kim Kardashian
We are here in Botswana, South Africa! Wow what a long flight!— Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) 14 de julho de 2009
Learn something from this: Botswana is a country. South Africa is also a country. They are both in the continent of Africa.
"Where's the Cannes Film Festival being held this year?"
Learn something from this:Cannes is a city in France. That's where the Cannes Film Festival is held, every year.
7. Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber tried to list all the continents in the world to David Letterman. They are, according to him, Asia, North America, South America, Africa, Antarctica, the North Pole, Canada, Australia and Europe.
Learn something from this: Different countries/education systems teach the continents differently. In my education system, it was Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, Antarctica and America. However, there is a lot of variation, which is why some people refer to the continent of Oceania as just "Australia", for example, or divide America into 2 continents (North & South). Some systems also consider "Eurasia" as just one continent. But FYI the North Pole and Canada aren't continents in any system.
Bonus: book recs
Did your education system fail you? You can still learn, if you are willing. Doubling down on ignorance ain't cute, and pretending that "everyone else" also doesn't know basic facts might make you feel better, but won't make you more knowledgeable (also, it's just not true). Here's some book recs for people interested in learning more about geography (and some history and politics, too). See if your local library has them!
The most Trump tea I'll spill for the day is this... when I was 17, I met Mr. Trump for the first time as Miss Teen USA. As the first WOC...— Kamie Crawford (@TheRealKamie) October 12, 2016
To win the title in almost a decade - I was forewarned prior to meeting him that, "Mr. Trump doesn't like black people. So don't take it..."— Kamie Crawford (@TheRealKamie) October 12, 2016
"...the wrong way if he isn't extremely welcoming towards you. If he is, then u just must be the "type" of black he likes."— Kamie Crawford (@TheRealKamie) October 12, 2016
Now again... I'm 17. Raised in the suburbs of Potomac, MD. Only experienced racism personally ONCE and it was outside of my hometown. SO...— Kamie Crawford (@TheRealKamie) October 12, 2016
Needless to say, I was totally caught off guard&super nervous bc this is supposed to be my boss I'm meeting - &he might not like me ALREADY?— Kamie Crawford (@TheRealKamie) October 12, 2016
Sure enough after I was warned about him, I saw him in action&witnessed him completely snub a black contestant at Miss Universe rehearsals..— Kamie Crawford (@TheRealKamie) October 12, 2016
While she was practicing on stage. Literally turned his back to the stage and made a face like he was going to vomit at the sight of her.— Kamie Crawford (@TheRealKamie) October 12, 2016
So now I'm like f*ck this lol I don't wanna meet this guy & he projectile vomits on me at the sight of ME. pic.twitter.com/rjWQ6KTr0A— Kamie Crawford (@TheRealKamie) October 12, 2016

Of course I was over the moon - my boss likes me. I can survive the next 10 months of this. (I was maybe 2 months into my reign at the time)— Kamie Crawford (@TheRealKamie) October 13, 2016
But in hindsight, there was nothing to be excited about. This man is running for president of a country with ALL "types" of black.— Kamie Crawford (@TheRealKamie) October 13, 2016

Jake Gyllenhaal is pretty low-key but he was spotted with Katja Tausig, a British chef, and he was looking at her with puppy-dog eyes. (Or maybe he just has puppy-dog eyes all the time, to be fair.)
I still wonder if he's Toothy Tile.
At the premiere of their new film Desierto, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Gael Garcia Bernal were asked about Donald Trump's immigration stance (Desierto is about an undocumented immigrant - played by Bernal - trying to cross into the United States while being hunted by Morgan's character, an anti-immigration vigilante).
Morgan replied: "I think that everything Trump said in his speech about immigration was dead wrong...If people want to come here to make a better life for themselves, they should be welcomed with open arms. Are there some bad apples? Sure, but there's a lot more bad apples that are born and raised right here in our country."
Morgan went on to say of Trump: "He's an embarrassment to the world, not just America. He's a thug and an idiot." He also called Trump's presidential bid "a joke that's gone on way too long."
Bernal said "It is very unfortunate that this high level of hate discourse has been going on. Migration is as natural and as real as both of us speaking right now."

In "Best F(r)iends" Greg Sestero plays a man who meets a lonely mortician who takes him on a wild journey. It's from a story Sestero wrote about a road trip he took with Wiseau in 2003.
"I think it's a role that will really spotlight Tommy's unique talent and charisma, while also setting up an unexpected and exciting reunion," Sestero tells THR.
Best F(r)iends is directed by Gary Fong and was shot August and September of this year.
"After watching Best F(r)iends, your mind will find paradise," says Wiseau.
There are doubts about if this is an actual film or just promo for James Franco's The Masterpiece which is an upcoming film about the production of The Room.
do you think this movie is real?

The only bad thing about them dropping the album on November 18 is that Bruno Mars is dropping his album the same day, which means that he's probably gonna block them from that #1 release week album in the UK. They should have waited a couple of weeks. Other than that, I'm excited! Don't forget to watch The X-Factor this Sunday for the first live performance of Shout Out To My Ex! They're also showing it on Monday in the US.
As a result of Brexit, the British public are faced with the threat of shortages in regards a few different products, the most notable of which is Marmite. Sure, there are other items at risk such as Pot Noodle, Ben & Jerry's, Hellmann's mayonnaise, Dove, etc. However, none of the others have struck at the heart of the Britain like Marmite. The reason is that Unilever wanted to raise prices on its products in response to the falling pound, and the supermarket chain Tesco refused. The pound compared to the dollar is at its lowest level in 31 years. Here are just a few of Britain's famous talking about the catastrophe:

With Brexit meaning no more Marmite, at least we now know that the ratio of people who hate v love it is 52% to 48%.— David Schneider (@davidschneider) October 12, 2016
I have no strong feelings either way about the Marmite shortage— Ricky Gervais (@rickygervais) October 12, 2016
hearing the news about Marmite & Pot Noodle has got me wondering how great would Marmite IN a Pot Noodle be??! #NEWS— nick grimshaw (@grimmers) October 13, 2016
If Brexit means no more Marmite, there will be riots in the streets (but only from half the population)— Emma Kennedy (@EmmaKennedy) October 13, 2016
Wonder what our esteemed press would have made of a collapsing pound and empty Marmite shelves if we had a Labour government...— Louise Brealey (@louisebrealey) October 13, 2016
Brexit stuff getting ridiculous. Marmite (on which our future clearly depends) made in UK from UK ingredients. What's £ got to do with it?— Andrew Neil (@afneil) October 13, 2016
There's a scene involving Marmite in a London-set episode of the new Black Mirror series. Meant to be near-future. NOW A UTOPIAN PIPE DREAM.— Charlie Brooker (@charltonbrooker) October 13, 2016
certain ontders, did you ever find out what brexit is
Note: This will air on October 26. There will be no new episode next week, because of the 3rd Presidential debate (if it even happens).
Gary Cole (*promo voice* in an Unforgettable Performance) guest stars as a Trump-esque, but way better looking, politician who is accused of sexual misconduct by several women in the midst of his campaign.
This episode was filmed a while ago, and rescheduled several times, because NBC had concerns about airing it close to the election. Originally, it was supposed to air last night. So it was made before "grab them by the pussy" and "when you’re a star, they let you do it", even though a similar line appears in the above promo. The episode was also filmed before the more recent accusations against Trump, and it appears to have predicted those as well.
Carisi said he's single! the line starts behind me
youtube promo, episode information
ONTD, did you watch last night's Olympics-adjacent episode? Was it kinda fun or what? And what did you think about the return of Rollins's sister? Lastly, don't you think SVU should have gotten Alec Baldwin to play not-Trump?

The iconic singer-songwriter won for his poetic lyrics, becoming the first lyricist to win the Prize, the first American to win since Toni Morrison in 1993, and only the second person to have both a Nobel Prize and an Oscar (the first is George Bernard Shaw).
Singer-songwriter Suzanne Vega, who is most well-known for her massive hit "Tom's Diner," has just released a new album based on the life and work of author Carson McCullers, titled "Beloved: Songs from an Evening with Carson McCullers."Vega says that McCullers' gender fluidity appealed to her because although she is heterosexual and married to a man, there was a time in her life where she felt like she did not like being a woman, although she definitely didn't want to be a man either.
Suzanne Vega was also asked about Britney Spears' cover of her song. During the interview, Vega states that she was very surprised that Britney Spears had covered her song. Speaking about Britney Spears, Suzanne Vega said that she was impressed that it was Britney's idea to cover her song, since it was very unexpected and it showed maturity in Britney's career choices. Listen to Suzanne Vega's song, as well as Britney Spears' cover, after the cut below.

When Type: Null finds a trainer it trusts, it destroys its helmet and evolves into Silvadi. It has a special item called Memory that lets it be one of all 18 types at any one time thanks to its ability, AR System. It's not currently known if it's one item that can change this, or if there are 18 different ones. It has a new attack called Multi Attack which changes type based on its hold item. Its evolution is Normal type.
Jang-moo's evolution line was revealed as well, evolving into Jarango and then into Jararanga, both Dragon/Fighting with Soundproof or Bulletproof for abilities.
Alola has an unique forme for Grimer, turning into the excellent defensive typing of Poison/Dark.
