At the 0:32 mark, she responds to what is actually a fan account devoted to Iranian gay porn star's call for follower feedback on a steamy selfie of Winwin, who also models for underwear brand Andrew Christian. "I think pull your pants up," McCarthy offered. "We know you're in good shape. Pull your pants up!"
