- Last year, Louis C.K. finally admitted the allegations against him are true: "I want to address the stories told to The New York Times by five women named Abby, Rebecca, Dana, Julia who felt able to name themselves and one who did not. These stories are true."
- As a result, FX cut ties with him, and his movie, I Love You, Daddy, was dropped by distributors.
- Nurse Jackie/The Sopranos actor Edie Falco, who co-starred with C.K. in the aforementioned movie, had this to say about C.K.: "He’s someone who admitted that he did what he was accused of doing and admitted that it wasn’t right. If I was not given another chance a couple of times, there is no way we’d be having this interview right now. People who are committed to becoming aware of what they’ve done and changing, they can be our strongest proponents in an issue like this.”
