•Yesterday a financial aid scandal at Howard University took over social media, the internet, and Twitter.
• It was revealed that students at Howard University in Washington, D.C. had been cheated out of $1 million dollars from financial aid after school officials embezzled funds designated for low-income students between 2007 and 2016.
• University students were naturally outraged and led a protest yesterday on March 29th with a fitting anthem: “Bitch Better Have My Money.”💰
• The “Kiss It Better” singer retweeted a video of the protest adding a flexing arm and a raising hands emoji to her tweet.
