Hosted by comedian Tom Arnold, the one-hour, 10-episode series follows the real-life, naturally-entertaining extended Clampet family, born and raised in the South, as they embark on a “fish out of water” experience by visiting a fancy beach rental in the Hamptons for the summer, indulging in the high-end lifestyle of the Upper East Coast and bringing their southern flair to any situation.

MY BIG REDNECK VACATION premieres Saturday, January 21 at 9:30 – 10:30 p.m., ET/PT on CMT

The guys go to a bar in New York and start talking with some of the locals, who are fascinated with their accents and the fact that they're from Louisiana. When they talk about eating alligator, the New Yorkers force them to try raw oysters.

The family's RV breaks down, so they have to wait for a repairman at a rest stop. They break out the lawn chairs and beer, and practice their bow hunting skills while they wait.

The family is at a party in Louisiana before they go up to New York, and they talk about what they want to do and what they expect to find on their vacation.
