Rihanna has dropped her strongest hint yet of a reconciliation with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, who abused her in 2009, by tweeting that "forgiveness wins".
The 'Diamonds' singer has been spotted getting close to Brown in recent times and the pair are reportedly poised to officially confirm their relationship.
As footage emerged of the alleged couple kissing and cuddling at a Beverly Hills party this weekend, Rihanna uploaded to Instagram a Bible verse saying: "For if you forgive men when they sin against you [their reckless and wilful sins, leaving them, letting them go and giving up resentment], your heavenly Father will also forgive you."
The post continued: "If someone hurts you, pray quickly 'God, I forgive them in Jesus' name'... Do whatever God leads you to do for them, and let God's love work through you to heal the rift between you".
