Pam and Jessica auction off items for charity!

As far as sex scenes go, True Blood’s don’t leave much to the imagination. More often than not, both parties are completely naked, occasionally bloody, and making plenty of interesting noises.

But in order to make those scenes look authentic, yet not completely awkward, cast members wear modesty patches and "socks”although Alexander Skarsgard is notorious for not wearing anything over his penis.

To help support her anti-poaching documentary, Out for Africa, Kristin Bauer van Straten has been auctioning off various items, ranging from Lucy Griffith’s premiere sandals to a signed True Blood pilot script. But the latest item? Anna Paquin’s modesty patch. Yeah — the tiny piece of nude fabric that covers up her lady bits during sex scenes.

We thought it was weird when Kristin auctioned off Sookie’s used bra for a shocking $1,461 earlier this month, but this one is even crazier. Since this “snatch patch” was donated by the costume department, we’re hoping that it’s a clean, unused one, because otherwise, that is all kinds of disgusting.

The eBay listing just went up on Sept. 14, but it’s already at $500! We think this is a strange way to support Kristin’s project and True Blood, but to each his own!

If Anna Paquin’s used bra doesn’t strike your fancy, another True Blood cast member is cleaning out her closet for charity.

Deborah Ann Woll and her boyfriend, E.J. Scott, have started an “online garage sale” to raise money for Choroideremia research, auctioning off everything from a signed cardboard cutout of Alexander Skarsgard to photos of the cast.

The latest item up for grabs is the shoes that Deb wore to the True Blood Season 3 premiere: pointy-toed, black Charles David pumps in size 8.5! While they are a little scuffed up, it’s an interesting piece of memorabilia that a fan can purchase for a good cause.

E.J., his brother, and his 7-year-old nephew all suffer from Choroideremia, a rare eye disease that eventually causes blindness. All of the eBay proceeds will go directly to The Choroideremia Research Foundation. Hopefully this will both raise awareness and provide funds for a hopeful treatment and cure for the disease. Maybe it will even give you a nice new pair of kicks!

You can read more about the shoes and E.J. on eBay, but hurry! The auction ends on Sept. 13 and there have already been 15 bids!
