The Wanted Celebrate 'Glad You Came' Going Triple Platinum In US

The Wanted lads caused hysteria over in the US this summer and it seems all hard work (partying in the Playboy mansion) has paid off.

The band's debut US single 'Glad You Came' has now sold over 3 million copies, sending it triple platinum stateside.

"Wow… just got some amazing news from America," The Wanted tweeted fans yesterday (July 18). "This last week, 'Glad You Came' went TRIPLE PLATINUM IN THE USA!!!!! #GYCTriplePlatinum.

"We have the most amazing #TWFanmily. Thank you to every single one of you who have gotten us here!"

The Wanted lads joined a host of other big names at last night's London premiere of the Dark Knight Rises and they brought their other half’s along to enjoy the experience.

Looking very dapper in their suits, Tom Parker has girlfriend Kelsey Hardwick on his arm, while bandmate Siva Kaneswaran showed off his long term partner Nareesha McCaffrey.

Nathan may have cut a lonely figure but not to fear his rumoured girlfriend , Amy Winehouse's goddaughter Dionne Bromfield, was in attendance at the event. [oop]

Michelle Keegan & Max Have Split

The relationship was over weeks ago...

We all thought it was a little strange that Michelle Keegan didn’t seem bothered by the fact that Max George was snogging other girls, and last night it was revealed that the couple broke up weeks ago. Now not so strange, just sad.

According to sources the pair’s busy work schedules had made it a struggle for them to keep their relationship going, with Max spending most of the year in America with The Wanted and Michelle filming for Coronation Street.

Last night a spokesman for Max confirmed to The Mirror that the couple had split: "He and Michelle are no longer together...They have been separated for a number of weeks, but hoped to keep this a private matter.”

Max and Michelle first announced their relationship back in January 2011 and by June that year were engaged. However earlier this year the couple confirmed that they were no longer getting married but still an item, although they were rarely seen in one another’s company.

An insider told The Mirror that they are both “devastated” but hope to remain “close friends”.

“Max and Michelle have tried to keep this quiet for the time being. Only their closest friends and family know about this. It’s very sad for both of them, but they are going to try and remain close friends.

"At the moment they’re both really busy with work and focusing on that. “Both are devastated that they couldn’t make it work.

“Max has been spending lots of time in the US with The Wanted, and Michelle has been busy filming Corrie. It has been a long-distance relationship for a while now and they’ve struggled to keep things going.”

Well this is all a bit rubbish isn’t it? Michelle you go and eat loads of ice cream and play with your nice hair; and Max admire your face in the mirror and get Jay to give you some piggy backs. We should so be relationship councillors.
