Marilyn Manson has denied claims he's engaged to aspiring actress Seraphim Ward.
The 43-year-old rocker, real name Brian Warner, was reported to have proposed to the 27-year-old on Thursday night.
A spokesperson for Seraphim told America's Life&Style magazine that she was 'over the moon' about her relationship with the star, whom she had allegedly been dating for five weeks.

But the engagement news came as a surprise to the man himself.
'This is untrue,' Manson's spokesperson tells Us Weekly magazine.
'He has never met this woman.'
Seraphim describes herself as an 'independent filmmaker' and is currently filming her first movie, Speed Dragon.
Marilyn split from his wife of two years, burlesque performer Dita Von Teese, in 2007.
His former fiancés include Charmed actress Rose McGowan and True Blood star Evan Rachel Wood.
