It's been nine years since Lisa Rinna appeared on "Days of Our Lives," the show on which made her a star.

Rinna credits her youthful looks to a Spartan regimen. "I'm a female Dr. Oz-in-training in my own head," she says. "And I'm always looking for whatever it is that makes you feel better.
And I'm so busy and I think all of us women -- as mothers and working moms and wives -- we tend not to put ourselves first.
It's really busy. And so I'm really always just doing it not necessarily for how I look, but how I feel. Because I really think it starts with if you feel good. everything else goes much better and then you tend to look good too ..."
"I haven't been back in 10 years, but I played Billie in my 20s, 30s, and now 40s."
Since leaving "Days," Rinna was a contestant on "The Celebrity Apprentice" and "Dancing with the Stars."
