The 85-year-old old Playboy boss looked disinterested at his annual Masquerade party over the weekend.
Dressed in a pair of red satin pajamas and a matching dressing gown, the aging father-of-four was deadpan as a busty blonde model, thought to be either Kristina and Karissa Shannon, rested her hand on his lap and appeared to be trying to engage in conversation.

While the famous Lothario had his hand on another women's lap, he didn't seem to be interested in chatting to her either.
Not even the acres of flesh on show around him aroused his attention, despite the large group of blonde and brunettes putting their model figures on show.
Hefner's ears did however prick up when his former fiance Crystal Harris turned up to the party, held at the Playboy mansion.

Hefner welcomed the 25-year-old back into his home, despite the fact that she left him at the altar less than one year ago.
The ex-Playmate was invited to tag along with a friend to Hef's Hollywood lair.
According to TMZ.com, she thoughtfully phoned ahead first to make sure the mogul didn't object.
Surprisingly, Hefner said he'd love to see her.
Sources say that their meeting was amicable but brief; they said a quick and friendly hello, not much more.'
