People's Sexiest Men

$

ADAM LEVINE
Being busy never looked as good as it does on PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive: a surprise June engagement to girlfriend Behati Prinsloo came while the singer was shooting his first feature film; he launched his men's clothing line at Kmart this year and namesake fragrances for men and women; he dominated on his NBC hit The Voice; and the 34-year-old also managed to find time to get nearly naked – and cuddle with some puppies. Sigh. Is there anything he can't do?

IDRIS ELBA
Look up "man" in the dictionary, and you'll see a photo of Elba next to the entry. We kid – we think – but the 41-year-old Brit really is the picture of masculinity with his strong features, deep voice and towering height (he's 6'3"!). He's a bit of a troublemaker – his road to fame was dotted with some slightly naughty behavior – but it seems all is forgiven when he smiles. Not that he minds the bad-boy reputation. "The way I live my life, I'm two drinks from being in the tabloids every day. I'm no national treasure," he told Esquire U.K. "I'm a f–ing [dirty] rude boy!" Rarr!

LUKE BRYAN
The 37-year-old country cutie with the sweet smile and Southern twang earned all sorts of admirers this year with his ACM Awards hosting gig and superfun album Crash My Party (yes, please!). But if we're being honest, it's that booty that's really being noticed: It has its own active Twitter feed and, well, this video (with more than 1 million views) speaks for itself.

JIMMY FALLON
We don't know if he's hiding a six-pack under those slick suits, but the late-night host – slated to take over The Tonight Show in early 2014 – gets fans swooning with his snappy one-liners and awesome viral videos. Plus, the 39-year-old has become one of the most adorable celebrity dads ever, melting more hearts with every photo he shares of daughter Winnie.

BRUNO MARS
The Hawaii native's smile is one of his sweetest attributes, but it's that silky voice and those sexy dance moves (check out this clip at 2:45) that really rev engines. Plus, the 28-year-old isn't afraid to talk about his love of, well, lovemaking. "It feels ... sexy," he told GQ of singing about sex. "It puts you in a sexy frame of mind. It feels good to project. Sex is a great party starter."

JONATHAN & DREW SCOTT
Google "property brothers," and one of the search engine's suggestions is "single?" Yep, ladies love HGTV stars (and identical twins) Jonathan and Drew, who've also acted, directed and started a sketch comedy troupe. The Canada natives – Drew's a real estate agent, Jonathan's a contractor – help families flip fixer-uppers, though neither of them seems to need any fixing: both love spontaneous women who are up for new adventures and eating at delicious restaurants. Sign us up!

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE
If you need any idea of how hot JT has been this year, just know that one of his music videos came with a warning. Yep, the 32-year-old is on fire, popping up in commercials, selling out concerts, releasing two albums and two films and, oh yeah, finding time to reunite with 'NSYNC at the VMAs and travel the world with new BFF Jay-Z. And let's be real: He's very easy on the eyes.

CHRIS PINE
We've always admired Star Trek's Captain Kirk for his piercing baby blues and … sorry, lost our train of thought there. But as it turns out, Pine is more than a pretty face. The Cal grad, 33, is an eloquent speaker, telling Out this year, "I think there is a growing homogenization of what masculinity means." And he also values brainpower in a woman. "I think after the initial attraction kind of dies down, the lust dies down, there has to be the thing that engages you and that is intelligence and humor," he told Ellen DeGeneres of what he wants in a partner.

PHARRELL WILLIAMS
He had the two sexiest singles of the summer (and escaped all the controversy surrounding one), and though he's been around for quite some time, Pharrell's star got a bit brighter this year. However the 40-year-old hit maker, who has a snazzy sense of style (and an equally fashionable new wife) is all about reinventing himself – and he hopes his next iteration is different than what we've already seen. "Pharrell the person is never going to change, but before the shell becomes too popular, I like to switch it up," he told Interview. "I want to express myself, but I never really want to express myself in the same way over and over again."

RONAN FARROW
The Yale Law School grad, 25, went from anonymous to all over the place when his mom, Mia Farrow, revealed this year that he could be Frank Sinatra's son. You can decide whether or not he got those blue eyes from Ol' Blue Eyes, but you've gotta give the guy credit for one of the funnier Tweets of the year (seriously, follow him on Twitter) and his grace under fire.

JUSTIN THEROUX
He's a 42-year-old leather-clad motorcycle man who writes hilarious movies, makes Jennifer Aniston happy and looks like this without his shirt on. He's just as sexy clean-shaven as he is with some scruff and is a sucker for flea market finds. What's not to love?

DAVID BECKHAM
The photo says it all. The 38-year-old dad of four just seems to get better with every underwear ad, quote about his family and photo with his 2-year-old daughter, Harper. He's endlessly charitable and humble, to boot. When asked by, uh, himself if he believes he's good-looking, he replied, "Not really but I like to think I've got my own distinct look, which reflects who I am as a person and the way I evolve as a man."

Lily Allen writes song about Azealia Banks Twitter feud

Lily Allen has written a song about her Twitter feud with rapper Azealia Banks.

The British pop star has returned to the spotlight with a new single, “Hard Out Here,” after spending four years raising a family, and she has now revealed her forthcoming third album features a track inspired by her recent falling out with Banks.

The two musicians became embroiled in an ugly online argument over the summer after Banks accused the “Smile” singer of taking drugs. She also branded Allen’s children “ugly” and declared that her husband “looks like a thumb” while Allen hit back by mocking Banks’ record sales.

Allen was in the studio recording her new album when the feud kicked off, and she has now admitted the spat inspired her to write a song.

Speaking during an interview on Britain’s BBC Radio 1, Allen says, “There was one person that was particularly nasty to me on Twitter for no reason and I was struggling with finding my voice … my writing voice. This one person was being particularly horrible to me and I happened to be in the studio at the time and it ignited this juvenile thing … so thank you Miss Banks.”

Diane Disney Miller Passes At 79

Diane Disney Miller, philanthropist and daughter of cartoon and theme park pioneer Walt Disney, died on Tuesday in California. She was 79.

Miller died in the northern California wine town of Napa from injuries sustained in a fall, the Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco said.

Walt Disney Co Chief Executive Officer Bob Iger said the entertainment group founded by brothers Walt and Roy Disney in 1923 was "deeply saddened by the loss."

"As the beloved daughter of Walt Disney and one of his inspirations for creating Disneyland, she holds a special place in the history of the Walt Disney Company and in the hearts of fans everywhere," Iger said in a statement.

Disney Miller was born in 1933 and married professional football player Ron Miller in 1954. He went on to serve as the company's president in 1978 and chief executive a few years later.

Ron Miller was ousted from the company in 1984, paving the way for the new executive team of Michael Eisner, Jeffrey Katzenberg and Frank Wells, who helped transform a sleepy theme park and animation company into a entertainment powerhouse with hit movies, TV shows and new theme park attractions in Orlando, Florida, and Paris.

The couple purchased a vineyard in Napa Valley in 1976 and have operated a collection of vineyards under the name Silverado Vineyards.

She was also instrumental in the construction of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the musical venue designed by architect Frank Gehry in downtown Los Angeles.

Miller's adopted sister, Sharon Mae Disney, died in 1993. In addition to her husband, she is survived by seven children, 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

American Horror Story: Ryan Murphy on 'The Dead' and what's next for Madame LaLaurie

$

The latest installment of American Horror Story: Coven saw an immortal sadist having her first hamburger, a dead-dead-alive menage-a-trois, Angela Bassett handling fish heads and Denis O’Hare in a kimono. But there’s still even more to talk about so EW chatted with co-creator Ryan Murphy about the latest Coven developments and how Stevie Nicks fared with her guest-spot.

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: This episode was much more meditative and sad, which I think you said last week.
RYAN MURPHY: Yes, I think it is probably a little more serious and I think that it’s a little darker about that horrible state they’re both in. But then on the flip side we do give you Kathy Bates and Gabourey Sidibe at a fast food restaurant.

They both told me that was one of their favorite scenes to shoot. Did you guys enjoy writing that?
Yeah it’s a lot of fun. I think with that LaLaurie character particularly we always have fun in the writers room. We would ask ourselves questions and one question was What would Madame LaLaurie do when she saw that Obama was President? She’d have a complete breakdown. Then we were just spitballing and that idea that What would LaLaurie do when she discovers fast food? She’d go absolutely crazy. I love the line where Kathy thinks the box is speaking. And I love that whole story. I love how Queenie finally does the right thing and Madame LaLaurie finally gets the justice she deserves.

It’s an interesting twist because we start to think LaLaurie is nice and that she and Queenie are going to be like Laverne & Shirley. But Queenie gives her up to Marie Laveau. What can you say about LaLaurie’s future?
Well I just think now that Marie Laveau has her back she is going to make her life a living hell and she’s going to get her revenge. I think if LaLaurie thought living underground for all eternity was hell she hasn’t seen nothing yet! It’s sort of an interesting synthesis of the rock up the hill idea because she can’t die. So Marie Laveau can really make her pay over and over and over again and feel pain and yet not die. So we have a lot of interesting episodes dealing with that.

So in the next episode is Queenie fully immersed in the voodoo witches?
Yes she’s trying to acclimate with that culture. She finds it both liberating but the truth of the matter is she does miss her friends over at the Robichaux house. She’s a lady torn.

We talked about this before but the Robichaux girls seemed so sweet at first but are getting edgier, like Zoe killed Spalding.
I think in the brief period that all those girls have been in that house has really been trial by fire and they’ve really had to toughen up a lot. I think it’s an interesting turn. I think those girls are going from being sort of pacifists to being real rebels and fighters for their cause and you don’t f*** around with any of the witches in the coven. They literally, as Zoe does, kill to protect the lineage and the traditions. I like that turn for her. And Spalding had to pay.

I love that he’s tied up in a kimono.
I know. Well the interesting thing about that is he does come back of course. I think Spalding as a ghostly entity is almost more interesting than real life Spalding because he has many many many secrets. He knows where literally all the bodies are buried. The question is Who is he going to come back to protect?

Did you all always think Madison and Kyle would become a couple?
I think it evolved. I like the idea that they all get something out of it: Zoe gets to have sex without killing anyone; Madison gets to have sex with someone emotionally; and Kyle gets both worlds. I think that’s interesting.

The flashback with Kyle was great. Will we see more of those?
We’re working on a great one right now that shows you how Madame LaLaurie became Madame LaLaurie. So we’re researching what actually happened to her. How did she go from being this creature to Jeffrey Dahmer? What happened?

I love these scenes with Danny Huston and Jessica Lange. They’re so sexy and great together. Where will this go?
I love that relationship too. It’s very difficult when you’re casting a thing like this because you don’t know if it will work but I just always knew Danny Huston and Jessica Lange would have great chemistry. She texted me after their first rehearsal and just to say, “Wow this is really going to work.” I love that she forgives him for being a serial killer and she’s equally as murderous so it’s sort of like a match made in heaven.

Cordelia basically decides they’re going to kill Fiona. Will the final eps be plotting the death?
Well something happens in the next episode that is very eye-opening and illuminating for Cordelia which is this idea that no matter how much she hates her mother and no matter how horrible she is Fiona really is the strongest witch of them all. Do you get rid of your strongest player at a time when the witch hunters are trying to kill you? Also, Fiona is so smart she’s going to know if her daughter is trying to off her. Do you think she’s going to stand for that? I don’t think so. I feel something bad is in the works for Ms. Cordelia.

We see Hank briefly in his hotel room surrounded by weapons. Is he just going to unleash war on the witches?
Well he’s planning a big big big doomsday event, which we deal with in our winter cliffhanger, which is two episodes from now. It’s not pretty. It’s a great episode called “Head.” Everything is about things that happen in the head. If you saw the cover of Entertainment Weekly, you can kind surmise what happens to Kathy Bates.

What can you say about the next episode?
It’s called “The Sacred Taking.” It’s a tradition that dates back to the Salem days. Sometimes to protect other witches, a witch is allowed to create a sacred act, which is taking her own life. It is about that idea and the question is you know Fiona’s not going to go there on her own accord so the other witches try and get to her a place of trying to do that.

And we see the fallout of what being in Marie Laveau’s captivity leads to with LaLaurie.
Yes the next couple episodes are really grim and horrible for Ms. Kathy Bates. But good for the audience. I think people love the Angela Bassett-Kathy Bates-Jessica Lange scenes so we’re writing a lot of those coming up for those 3 extraordinary actresses.

You tweeted a photo of Stevie Nicks on set filming her upcoming guest-spot. How did it go?
You know Stevie is just fantastic. I don’t think Lily Rabe has recovered. She was great. She gets to sing. She does a little acting, which she was great in. The great thing is Stevie has some wonderful ideas based on some of her songs so we were like, “Oh we’re going to use that.” So we’re actually going to try and have Stevie come back and do another episode because she’s so good.

Kim K. slimmed down with $80K worth of surgery

Weight-loss cheater! That’s what Kim Kardashian has been branded in the latest report to question how the E! reality star dropped as much as 70 lbs since giving birth to North West five months ago.

“The truth is, she took the easy way out,” declares Life & Style, claiming that Kardashian, 32, has been secretly visiting a Beverly Hills cosmetic plastic surgeon to get work done, including fillers, stretch-mark treatments and a fat-reducing ultrasound procedure on her stomach that costs up to $5,000 a session.

In all, the regiment has totaled $80,000, it’s alleged.

According to the magazine’s insider, the mother-of-one gets the Coolaser treatment, which chills the skin and then uses light pulses to vaporize skin cells — removing wrinkles, scars, saggy skin and stretch marks.

“Kim is desperate to be sexy again. She wants to go back to the way things were before North was born,” the source said.

“She loves her daughter, but she loves herself and her image a lot, too.”

While the reality star’s rep denied to the publication that she’s being treated by Dr. Ourian, insiders told the mag that she’s going to great lengths to keep her visits clandestine.

During one trip to a laser hair-removal clinic, she allegedly pretended to be visiting the Pilates studio next door!

“She even wore workout clothes to throw off the photographers and begged them to make it look like she was going inside to work out, not to get laser treatments,” a source claimed.

Another reason behind Kardashian’s extreme measures to slim down: her upcoming wedding to fiancé West.

Dished another source: “She wants to be the most beautiful bride, especially since all eyes will be on her. All she talks about is losing the baby weight and wanting to wear those skintight outfits again.”

Taraji P. Henson Discusses This Week's Big Person of Interest

SPOILER ALERT: Avert your eyes if you have not seen the Person of Interest episode, "The Crossing." You have been warned!

The dust has settled, but the wounds are still fresh. Taraji P. Henson's Joss Carter is no more. Falling to a bullet from the cowardly Officer Simmons during the final moments of last night's thunderously emotional Person of Interest. An episode that did not welsh on its promise to deliver big.

IGN had the chance to speak with Henson about her character's shocking end, the kiss Carter shared with Reese, and how this death, much to the dismay of fans all over the world, had always been the plan for Joss.

IGN TV: Nooooooooo!

Taraji P. Henson: That's what they're saying on Twitter. "Noooooooo!" They can't take it. Man, they want to punch the writers in the face. They want to protest. They're not going to watch the show anymore. Ooh, they are upset.

IGN: How many of those people swearing off the show are actually going to stop watching?

Henson: They're not going to give up on the show. The show is too good. First of all, they have to see Reese catch that fool for killing me. So that's a lie. They have to at least see Reese avenge her.

IGN: So they have one more episode at least.

Henson: At least. And then they'll be sucked back in.

IGN: Speaking of Twitter, you're someone who regularly tweets along with episodes (@TherealTaraji). But last night must have been nuts.

Henson: Oh my god, it's still going nuts. They can't believe it. Still. I'm like "she's dead." It's over. She's not coming back to life. It's not a coma. [laughs] This is not Young and the Restless.

IGN: I'm assuming there was a massive outpouring of affection.

Henson:Oh god, this morning I've been crying. I've been laughing too because some of the comments are quite funny. But it just make me feel good. Like a job well done. It's why I do what I do. To evoke these kind of feelings and emotions out of the audience. And I love to leave people wanting more. And I think what we did last night was great for television. Because I think some television series can get a little too fake. You know, they leave you with some crappy cliffhanger where deep down you know that character's coming back. I think what we did to television last night was shook it up a bit. We made it seem a little more real. You know, sometimes in life the good guy doesn't make it. You can't save everybody. That's life. Just when things are coming up, and you got clean and you got that job you always wanted, you go outside and you get hit by a bus. That's life.

IGN: Actually, it felt like Carter was going to die on last week's episode, but she made it. Making her death last night even more shocking.

Henson: Because that's what you do. You shake it up. Shock the people. You don't let them see it coming.

IGN: Talk to me about that great kiss scene with Reese. That part wasn't in the script. How did it come about?

Henson: Jim [Caviezel] came over to me, and we had shot the scenes a couple of times already, and he came over to me and said "I want to try something. Just go with me." And I was like "Yeah," because I love to work like that. Don't even tell me. Just do it. And deep down I think I knew it was going to be a kiss. Actually the dialogue read as such. It read just like we played it out, but it almost needed that kiss. So when he did it, it was perfect. And because I didn't know it was coming, Carter's expression was priceless. Because when you're in the moment and you're with your best friend, and you're at a very vulnerable point in your life… maybe you call your best friend over and he's never crossed that line. And then because you're in a vulnerable place it just kind of happens and you're stuck inside "Oh my god, what just happened? I just kissed my best friend." Awkward. But you know, the walls were closing in on them. And humans do honest things when their life is in danger.

IGN: The past couple years haven't been filled with flirting or sexual tension between those two, and yet it felt very natural.

Henson: Yeah. Very natural, right? They became very close, these people. They have so much in common. She understands his struggles. She understands his demons. They understand each other. That doesn't happen a lot in life. That you meet someone that has such an impact on you. We nurtured that relationship for three seasons.

IGN: When did you know Carter was going to die?

Henson: Well, we always knew Carter would have a beginning, a middle, and an end. We didn't put an actual date on it. We didn't know. But we did know that it would be within three seasons. So Jonah [Nolan, creator/EP] calls me the day before Valentine's Day this past year and he wanted to talk. So I figured "Okay, they must have figured out Carter's demise." So we go to lunch and I say "Jonah, isn't it ironic that we're breaking up on Valentine's Day?" [laughs] So it was something I always knew. Because I love doing features. And at this age, at this time in my life and place in my career, I just knew that seven years on a show just wasn't for me. Not yet. You know what I mean? So this was a great opportunity to be a part of something incredible. To get the best of both worlds. To introduce myself overseas. Because these shows are hits overseas. So it was a win/win situation. For the show and for myself.

And I love to leave people wanting more. That's the best way to go out. I don't like to ride the thing until the wheels blow off. I like to shake it up a bit. People are like "But you walked away from the money." And I'm like "That's not why I became an actress." No one said "I'm going to be an actress because I want to be filthy rich." Because you may never make it to the filthy rich part. You may be a great actress doing 99-seat theaters somewhere. You're still living your dream, but you're not rich. So that's not why I got into this business. I'm a lover of the craft.

IGN: What was your send off like on the set?

Henson: Oh, it was amazing. The camera truck is like the party truck. That's usually where you go after long shoots. They've got a bar and a disco ball. There's a DJ. Jonah was like "Meet us back at the camera truck. We've got champagne." So I go back to the camera truck. I brought cigars for the entire crew. Because when Carter bit the bullet on the street and they called out "That's a wrap. We're done!" everybody cheered. Grown men were crying. Big old burly men with beards and hairy backs. And they're crying. Then we went to the camera truck and partied until the sun came up. It was so much fun. My hair was full of blood because I didn't really get a chance to clean up.

IGN: I need you to finish Carter's final like for me. She said to Reese "Don't let this…"

Henson: What she was saying is "Don't let this change you."

IGN: Taraji, we'll all miss you dearly. You got a hell of an exit.

Henson: Oh thank you so much. Take care. And you never know. You might catch Carter in a flashback!

Kanye West made his second stop at Brooklyn's Barclays Center this week, performing to a packed crowd at the borough's popular venue on Wednesday night. The 36-year-old rapper took a moment during the concert to expound on everyone from Bruno Mars to Oprah Winfrey.

Kanye addressed the MTV Video Music Awards, saying producer Rick Rubin encouraged him to "just do your motherf--king song and leave." (West performed "Blood on the Leaves" during the August awards ceremony.) Evidently he didn't leave soon enough: "Bruno Mars won all the motherf--king awards and s--t. And I was thinking about what Rick Rubin told me, because I don’t give a f--k about no TV show. But what I care about is if you’re an artist and you work hard as f--k and the streets say that you deserve that s--t. Then can’t no motherf--king networks try to gas everybody up so they can sell some product with the prettiest motherf--ker out."

Later in his sermon, Kanye discussed his relationship with Winfrey, and the advice she offered him, which provided riffs of Kanye singing,"Oprah, it's a new day." The rest of his 10-minute speech includes words on his fashion career, the stigmas still in place against rap, and the reactions to his "Yeezus" album. Check out Kanye's words from his Wednesday Barclay's show above.

EUROVISION Supervisor addresses concerns on Russia

Geneva, Switzerland - In an interview with host broadcaster, DR, Executive Supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest, Jon Ola Sand, has responded to concerns surrounding the implementation of Russia’s new laws against so-called ”homosexual propaganda” and how they could affect the competition if again held in Russia.

The Reference Group of the Eurovision Song Contest has sent an official letter to Russia’s two largest TV channels. Here they asked questions about whether the country’s much debated laws on "non-traditional sexual relations" will have an impact if Russia again should win the right to host the Eurovision Song Contest.

”From our side, this is completely undramatic”, explains Executive Supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest, Jon Ola Sand.

”We have been asked by several of our member states and by journalists and fans, whether the new laws could affect the Eurovision Song Contest. That is why we have been in dialogue with the two Russian TV companies that are members of the EBU”, he says in an interview with Danish broadcaster, DR.

”There is no reason to believe that we cannot organise the Eurovision Song Contest in Russia”, he affirms.

According to the German magazine Stern, a Swedish member of the Reference Group has raised doubts about whether Sweden would participate if Russia wins again. However, this has not been confirmed as the official position of Swedish broadcaster, SVT, Jon Ola Sand informs.

”Every year there is a discussion about who will take part in the competition and it is naturally up to each individual broadcaster to decide”, he says.

Russia hosted a very successful edition of the Eurovision Song Contest back in 2009, when Norway took home the victory with Alexander Rybak's megahit Fairytale.

The Jonas Brothers broke the hearts of their teenage fans everywhere when they suddenly announced that their tenure as a swoon-inducing boy band had come to an end — at least for now. They canceled their fall tour, explaining to “Good Morning America” that “we feel like we’re best suited to do our own individual things.”

Nick Jonas — who was the one who initiated the band’s breakup — started doing his own thing immediately after, closing on a $3.2 million L.A. home just two days after the brothers’ “GMA” appearance.

Previously, Jonas was renting an apartment in New York while starring in the Broadway play “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.” His rental was owned by hockey player Scott Gomez and was also previously home to designer Marc Jacobs.

Although Jonas could have stayed in the Big Apple, the West Coast may have been more appealing to the New Jersey native as a fresh start.

His new place is set behind large gates above Sunset Strip in L.A.’s Hollywood Hills neighborhood. Boasting views of the ocean and city lights, the Spanish-style home was built in 1938, but “renovated to exacting standards.”

Abounding with indoor and outdoor living space, the white-washed stucco home has 4 bedrooms and 5 baths on a 2,305-square-foot floor plan and includes high-end details such as a gourmet kitchen, steam shower in the master suite and a celeb favorite: state-of-the-art security.

There is still some confusion as to if Nick or Joe is the one who bought the house since Joe and his girlfriend were house hunting recently too, but since all the different articles about it say it's Nick's so I'm going with that for now. Since his girlfriend has said she's moving to LA to start her acting career I guess Nick is moving back too so maybe he needed a new house.

Shockingly racist Got Talent judge makes Howard Stern look tame

America's Got Talent may have cast the country's top shock jock, but Howard Stern looks like the host of Church Hour next to Holland's Got Talent judge Cornelis Willem Heuckeroth.

The local radio and TV personality, who goes by "Gordon," shocked many last week when he directed a series of unbelievably racist remarks toward a contestant of Chinese descent.

Xiao Wang, an intensely talented performer who stunned the audience with his rendition "La donna è mobile" from Verdi's Rigoletto, was knocked down at every stage by Gordon's bigoted barbs.

"Which [Verdi] number are you singing," Gordon asked when Xiao,"Number 39 with rice?"

Following the performance, Gordon mocked Xiao's accent by referring to his voice as a "surplise."

"Honestly, this is the best Chinese I've had in weeks," Gordon yucked."And it's not a takeaway."

Even after Xiao left the stage, Gordon wasn't quite done, turning around to the audience and saying, in Dutch, "he looks like a waiter from a Chinese restaurant."

Finally, Gordon's American co-judge Dan Karaty informed him that he's "really not supposed to say things like that to people."

"What?" responded Gordon, who remained unclear on why being a flagrant racist is wrong.

Some have called on Simon Cowell, founder and owner of the international Got Talent franchise, to fire Gordon from the show.

Aaron Carter may want candy, but he can't afford it anymore because TMZ has learned he's gone belly up, filing for bankruptcy and the papers reveal sad news about his pooch.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Aaron's assets total $8,232.16.  Here's the BIG problem.  His liabilities total $2,204,854, which include a $31,166 AmEx bill.

Aaron -- who was a huge pop star and is still on tour, even tonight -- also owes $1,368,140 mil to the IRS.

As for his assets, he lists a 61" flat screen worth $500.  He also lists 2 MacBooks, 2 Headset Mics, a Mini Keyboard, Portable Beats, a speaker, a guitar, Louis Vuitton backpack, a duffle bag and a printer worth a total of $2,500.  And he owns a Brietling watch worth $3,750.

Here's the saddest part. He also lists a dog, with a value of ZERO.

Aaron lists his average monthly income at $1,998.75.  As for his monthly expenses -- $2,005, which includes $600 for food, $150 for clothes, and $65 for hygiene.

He's currently living with a family member.

Aaron is not filing for Bankruptcy light, which is often used to reorganize debts.  He's going for the whole, Chapter 7 enchilada, which means the creditors will eat it.

Aaron's rep Steve Honig tells us the singer filed for bankruptcy to move forward with his life and career adding, "the overwhelming majority of the debt he is asking to be discharged is from more than 10 years ago when he was a minor and not in control of his finances."
