The film stars Robert De Niro as businessman Bernard Madoff, who is currently serving a 150 years sentence in federal prison for the operation of a Ponzi scheme that is considered the largest financial fraud in U.S. history.Michelle Pfeiffer plays his wife Ruth Madoff.

The Wizard of Lies premieres this May on HBO.

Have you ever fallen victim to a Ponzi scheme, ONTD? If not, perhaps a Pyramid Scheme? Share your stories in the comments!

Note: Apparently, Madoff is running a racket on the inside where he's cornered the market on Swiss Miss packets from the commissary & is turning a profit. Once a schemer, always a schemer.

- no word yet who he plays (I assumed British villain, but that's already Damien Lewis)
- in other news: last month, he gave an interview with an Israeli magazine saying he's done with Lee New York: "My home is, obviously, in England and I really hope to be able to get back next year. After all that happened here in terms of politics, I feel a strong urge to get out… I feel that I have achieved what I came here for, and the idea of coming back fills me with warmth. I love America, I love working here, but I am far from my friends and family and it's not easy".

Alicia Keys wears makeup for the first time in almost a year in Allure photo shoot

Last year Alicia Keys wrote an essay discussing why she was no longer going to wear makeup.

After almost a year, she chose to wear makeup for an Allure magazine cover shoot.

Quotes:

“I’m not a slave to makeup. I’m not a slave to not wearing makeup either. I get to choose at [any] given moment. That’s my right.”

“I think makeup can be self-expression. I have no intention to shame anyone at all [who chooses to wear it]. No one should be ashamed by the way you choose to express yourself. And that’s exactly the point. However, if you want to do that for yourself, you should do that.”

“I am all about a woman’s right to choose. I think a woman should do anything she wants as it relates to her face, her body, her health. Whatever mode of expression that empowers you, that’s what you should do. What I am not down for is this ridiculously high, unrealistic expectation about appearance that we as women are held to.”

Chelsea Handler, Lena Dunham, Brandon Victor Dixon, Van Jones, and Michael Moore are on the cover of Variety's Inauguration Issue.

In her essay, Chelsea Handler blames the Kardashians for Donald Trump's win, stating that the election turned into a reality show and that the Kardashians, individuals who are for sale and won't go away because of constant coverage, helped to put a reality star like Trump into the White House.

Chelsea Handler also thinks that Kanye West should go on his meds, and she thinks that Megyn Kelly is a badass.

In her essay, Lena Dunham lists 7 ways that you can fight for women's reproductive rights.

In the issue, Omarosa, Billy Eichner, Rachel Maddow, Bill Maher, Dr. Phil, Scott Baio, Dan Rather, Glenn Beck, and Stephen Baldwin also contribute essays in which they reflect on Trump's win.

They're professional and very polite to each other but there's not the warmth you'd expect after filming together for six years.

'There isn't a huge desire to come back for another season.' (probs they don't care anymore about the show, but don't tell Moffat)

It comes as the series finale drew its lowest-ever overnight UK ratings on Sunday night.
Around 5.9 million tuned in to watch The Final Problem, which is down from the 8.1 million who watched the first episode on New Year's Day.
