Since it has been revealed that Zendaya could possibly be Mary Jane in Spiderman: Homecoming a lot of negative and of course racist comments have been circulating around the internet. James Gunn who is usually outspoken about Marvel news decided to give his two cents about the news. Dan Slott who is a comic book writer for Marvel currently helming the ongoing Amazing Spider-Man series also shared his thoughts:
