So in case you missed it Vivid got ahold of a Courtney Stodden tape. It does not involve Doug (thank God) and it's a masturbation video that they describe as being unique and like nothing they've ever seen before.

Over the past week and a half Courtney has stated on her Twitter and in interviews that yes she does have a tape (she has candidly mentioned this in the past as well) but that she wasn't shopping it around and that it was apparently stolen from her home by a friend. Despite telling Vivid that she didn't want it released (though a "celebrity sex tape broker" which is apparently a thing said her denying it was for publicity and she already had a deal) several news outlets including Page Six and TMZ are currently reporting that Courtney has reached a $1,000,000 deal with Vivid to release the tape.

Courtney has decided not to keep the million dollars herself and will be donating the full amount to charity instead. At this time she hasn't decided what charity but is thinking about either one supporting animal rights (please not PETA even though it probably will be) or one for children with cancer.

The Hollywood Gossip is reporting that Beyonce is not a vegan. Beyonce got a lot of attention for following a strict 22-day vegan diet, but now she wants you to know that she's not a vegan.



Beyonce said, "First it’s important that you know I am not a vegan." She continues, "There's a negative stereotype. You picture someone who lives in Colorado that doesn't wear deodorant." Beyonce followed a plant-based diet for 22-days in order to lose weight, but ended up enjoying many other benefits, such as sleeping better and feeling great all around. Although she is encouraging others to follow a plant-based diet, she wants you to know that she did it strictly for health reasons. She still wears deodorant.

E Online confirms Haylie Duff has given birth to her first child, a healthy baby girl that she and fiancé Matt Rosenberg have named Ryan, E! News confirms. We were told this weekend that she would be headed to hospital this morning to be induced.

Haylie talks her cravings and says "I drink a lot of green smoothies. I think I've craved health food, which is weird, and then the occasional mac and cheese," she confessed."

Haylie also said "He's like, 'Don't push yourself too hard.' I'm like, 'I got it! I'm fine.' I'm just trying to move. Go on walks. I'm not trying to put too much pressure on myself either way," Duff explained.

Haylie on wedding plans - "It's pretty cool to think our daughter is going to be at our wedding. We still talk about things we want to do [for the wedding], but it's a big change with the baby coming. We're just trying to focus on one thing first and then we'll do it."

• This morning ACLU released a 15 page statement calling for an investigation into Hollywood sexism when it comes to hiring directors (original post here)


• They are considering launching a lawsuit


• Of the top-grossing 100 films from 2013 and 2014, just 1.9 percent were directed by women

Bigelow's statement:

I have always firmly believed that every director should be judged solely by their work, and not by their work based on their gender. Hollywood is supposedly a community of forward thinking and progressive people yet this horrific situation for women directors persists. Gender discrimination stigmatizes our entire industry. Change is essential. Gender neutral hiring is essential.
