It's only been a few hours since the Oscars ended, which of course means we got to look into next year's awards season already, right?! I do love the early suggestions on what'll make it, since about 50% is always way off.

- Tarantino's 'The Hateful Eight', from The Weinstein Company and out this fall (even though people didn't like the leaked script).
- David O. Russell's current collaboration with Jennifer Lawrence, called 'Joy' (set photos were released recently) - story's about Miracle Mop inventor and QVC star Joy Mangano.
- Oscar darling Alejandro G. Inarritu's next project, the Oscar-bait 'The Revenant', out this Christmas and starring one of our fave losers, Leonardo DiCaprio (and Tom Hardy).
- Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks collaborating yet again on some Cold War spy thriller, out this fall.
- The tedious 'Steve Jobs' biopic, with Fassbender in the lead, from Oscar winners Aaron Sorkin and Danny Boyle.
- Meryl Streep's hundredth Oscar nomination coming from 'Suffragette', historic drama costarring Oscar nominees Helena Bonham Carter and Carey Mulligan.

- She said, "It’s hard to really hear her voice with all the jigaboo music. Jigaboo, whatever you want to call it. Jigaboo, haha! She has a gorgeous voice, I never knew!"
- "Jigaboo" is a racist slur for a black person, coined in the 1800s to describe dancing black slaves.

On Theon's castration: "It’s a big part of his identity, you know? Before that, he had an identity crisis — wanting to be loyal to the Greyjoys, and also wanting to do the deed that Robb Stark wanted him to do. But he was quickly turned by his family. So his only point of authority, really, was in the bedroom. He does start trying to make his own decisions, but he messes up. His lot in his own life was made by himself. But now he’s being punished for his sins, strapped to the cross."

On Iwan Rheon: "It’s funny when people see us out together in Belfast. They literally cannot get their heads around the fact that we could be friends in real life. It’s a testament to how well the show puts that relationship across, but, to be honest, I really couldn’t do it without Iwan. I really need him there."

On Season 5: "I can tell you that there will be characters crossing paths and interacting — especially in my storyline — who have never met, or have had just minute amounts of screentime together. That relationship blossoms, and the running theme of Season 5 is that you get so many different characters who were in different parts of the world crossing paths with each other... I could also say to you that Theon will definitely go through his trials and tribulations this season. And there may be, in some sort of Game of Thrones way, a light at the end of the tunnel for him. There’s definitely a moment or two — and one in particular — that will really blow people away."

-Sneider also says that Spidey won't be Peter Parker (even though multiple sources have confirmed that Peter will return again but ok)
-He thinks that Sony has an opportunity to beat Marvel/Disney to the punch by casting a Black actor as a major superhero
-"The e-mails that leaked were perceived to be racist in some quarters. I really think that is going to play into things."
