Over the last twenty years, Mariah Carey‘s music has earned her millions of fans, but apparently Katy Perry is not one of them. In an interview back in March, Katy commented that Mariah is “fabulous for a throwback,” making it sound like she believes that Mariah has little to offer musically nowadays. Katy isn’t stopping with just a side ways swipe at Mariah either. According to the July 7th print edition of Star Magazine, Katy has decided to make fun of the diva in her next video!
Sources say that Katy has hired a drag queen to impersonate Mariah and thinks that the idea will be hilarious. What exactly is Katy’s issue with Mariah? Apparently, it’s the same one that most of Mariah’s deflectors have — she’s annoyed by the starlet’s high maintenance diva nonsense. Katy also thinks that Mariah takes herself way too seriously and needs to lighten up a bit, and maybe being mocked by a drag queen or two will bring her back down to reality — or not.
Mariah’s recent behavior has even ticked off her husband, Nick Cannon. Seeing photos of his wife riding the subway and going to the park in a ball gown prompted him to tell her just how ridiculous she looks. Nick’s speaking up (of course) caused a fight, but do you think that Mariah actually understands that she has turned herself into more of a punch line than anything else lately? I mean, Katy’s video will only prove it, right? Are you glad to see that Katy is brave enough to publicly say what the rest of us are thinking about Mariah?
Do we smell a Mariah Carey/Katy Perry Feud brewing?

It's been over two decades since moviegoers first experienced dinosaur disaster flick "Jurassic Park," and now there's another installment of reptile rage on the way in "Jurassic World." How will a whole new cast of characters survive this time around? Star Chris Pratt has an idea.

Today's Jenna Bush Hager stopped by the set of the latest "Jurassic" sequel and asked the buff actor, who's not too shy about showing off his physique, whether or not his ripped abs could save the day.

"Obviously!" he deadpanned. "I'm like, 'Quick! Drop and do twenty crunches. That'll protect us.'" Sure, Pratt was just joking, but those abs are no joke — a point he proved in an Instagram post last summer. To quote a dinosaur: "Rawr!"

As Curtis, Chris Evans proves there's a part of Steve Rogers built into his genetic code. From under grizzled beard, wool cap, and specks of dirt, Snowpiercer's hero exudes hope. He's a resistance leader — a well-worn trope, for sure — but it's the pressures around him that make the movie spark.

Roaring action, thoughtful geekery, and a knockout performance by Chris Evans send Snowpiercer speeding out of the station and into the sci-fi history books.

He’s one of the hunkiest actors in Hollywood, and Chris Hemsworth was made to look even more hench when carrying on of his twin babies in one arm. The Avengers star was out with his three-month old sons Tristan and Sasha, two-year old daughter India, and wife Elsa Pataky in London.

Chris and Elsa live in London making it easier for him to see his family while working on the new Avengers movie, Age Of Ultron. The cast are currently in England filming at Pinewood studios under the direction of Joss Whedon.

The first images from Michael Mann’s (Heat, Public Enemies) new thriller Cyber – which is reportedly now going by the title of Black Hat – have arrived online, featuring stars Chris Hemsworth (Thor: The Dark World, Rush) and Holt McCallany (Fight Club, Gangster Squad). Cyber – or whatever title it’s going by – is slated for release in the States on January 16th 2015 and in the UK on February 20th 2015, with a cast that also inlcudes Viola Davis (Prisoners) and Lust, Caution stars Tang Wei and Leehom Wang.

FX is throwing in the towel and removing some billboards promoting its new horror show “The Strain” that are giving people the heebie jeebies.

The art, which shows a worm crawling out of an eyeball, has been criticized online.

“We are in the process of replacing the key art for ‘The Strain’ on outdoor media in several locations,” a FX spokesman said in a statement.

It’s still unclear how many of the ads will be taken down or what image they will be replaced with.

People plagued by the image include “Neighbors” director Nicholas Stoller, who was scared for his children, and “Legally Blonde” screenwriter Kristen Smith, who complained that the billboard could make her “crash and die.”

The show follows epidemiologists investigating a mysterious viral outbreak with a strain of vampirism.

“The Strain,” which is based on a 2009 novel by Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan, premieres July 13. The two will exec produce along with “Lost’s” Carlton Cuse.

A day after Shia LaBeouf was hauled out of Broadway show “Cabaret” at Studio 54, a rep for Liza Minnelli, who starred in the 1972 film version of the musical, reached out to the troubled actor.

We hear that Minnelli’s longtime spokesman, Scott Gorenstein, sent LaBeouf a DVD copy of the Bob Fosse film, which won eight Oscars.

“I figured he may want to find out how it ends,” quipped Gorenstein of his thoughtful gift.

LaBeouf, 28, was escorted from the theater and arrested at intermission after being disruptive, spanking star Alan Cumming on the bottom and yelling obscenities during the show.

Minnelli will perform with her good friend Cumming for a series of concerts this summer.

Mesach Taylor is reported to be near death, according to post on 67-year-old’s Facebook.

Best-known to Queerty readers of a certain age for his indelible work as Anthony Bouvier, the sensible foil to Delta Burke’s outrageously politically incorrect Suzanne Sugarbaker on the long-running (1986-93) and eternally beloved sitcom Designing Women, Taylor also costarred as a flamboyant gay window dresser in the popular 1987 comedy film Mannequin.

Some earlier reports claimed that the actor had already passed away but those claims have recently been refuted.

The Facebook note reads: “It is with love and gratitude that we sorrowfully announce that our darling, amazingly brilliant and dynamic, Meshach, the incredible father, husband, son and friend has begun his grand transition. Our friends who know and love us, please offer your prayers for his peace and blazing light as he ascends to the heavens. Those who need to call the family please do. Those who desire to post memories, we are open and graciously accepting all gestures of peace.

Love, Tariq Taylor, Yasmine Taylor, Tamar Lashae, Taylor Esme Taylor”

Watch Taylor discuss his career with Wendy Williams in 2011 below.

Jason Sudeikis and Margarita Levieva on the set of Sleeping With Other People in New York City.

Jason Sudeikis may have thought he’d seen it all on “Saturday Night Live,” but even he got a surprise when two naked women strolled onto the set of his movie “Sleeping With Other People.”

Sudeikis was shooting with Alison Brie and a full crew outside Lower East Side bar Pianos in the early hours of Friday morning when, according to a spy,“A woman walked onto the set, whipped off her top and bared her breasts, then pulled down her pants and mooned the cast and crew.”

For good measure, the intruder returned with a nude female friend moments later.

“The women both walked back onto the set completely naked, except one of them was carrying a little red handbag. Everyone on the crew, including Jason, was dumbfounded and open-mouthed.”

Then, to the further astonishment of all, “the naked women casually strolled into the pizza place across from the set and ordered a slice.”

Cameras for the movie, which also stars Natasha Lyonne, Adam Scott and Amanda Peet, were sadly not running, but onlookers managed to get a few shots.

[I love Margarita. She was in "The Invisible". Anyone seen that??]

On Saturday, June 28, Lena Dunham stepped out of the spotlight to serve as a bridesmaid in a pal's wedding. Though she didn't name the friend, Dunham posted several photos in a floor-length grey dress with capped sleeves.

"Getting ready for my best friend's wedding," the Girls creator tweeted. "Potent, emotional, feel someone should make a movie about it. Called 'Wedding Of My Best Friend.'"

"Sisters of the cloth," she captioned one image.

She also Instagrammed a picture of the bride's tulle-covered gown, writing, "It waits for her #bride #inthesewoods."

[I hate the fad of catchy hashtags for weddings. Some are downright stupid. What do you hate about Wedding season, ONTD]

Even multimillionaire entrepreneurs need dating advice.

Daymond John, a judge on ABC’s Shark Tank who founded clothing line FUBU, reached out to his Facebook followers on how to deal with an ex-girlfriend he met over drinks Thursday night.

John wrote on his wall: “The first hour of catching up was fun. The drinks have now settled in and she has been talking my ear off for 3 hrs!! She is also starting to make the subtle hints about having a lil after party, Wink wink! Nothing could be further from my mind! . . . What do you think I should do???”

He received 1,500 suggestions, including giving the ex the “Shark Tank” send-off, “For that reason, I’m out.”

John then tells the story: “I came out of the bathroom, her phone was going crazy and she flew out of the restaurant like a bat out of hell. I found out later that her boyfriend hopped in his car in his pajamas to come and snatch her up.”

He posted lessons learned from the experience, including, “Don’t meet up with someone who has been drinking all night when you’re dead sober.”

[ONTD, Do you date online? I've been with my boyfriend for almost six years so I never had the chance to date online. LOL I'm glad about that...]

Jeremy Meeks first foray into celebrity ain't going so well ... his new manager is already getting death threats ... apparently from gang members.

Meeks' family hooked the convicted felon up with some representation this week -- hoping to capitalize on his new-found fame -- but things quickly went south.

We're told his manager received around 30 harassing phone calls from "gangster-sounding people" ... and one person repeatedly threatened to blow her head off -- saying she deserved to die.

As we previously reported, cops say Jeremy was a member of the Northside Crips gang.

The manager filed a report with the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept.

In the age of pop star proliferation, how does an aging diva promote her new album? How does she compete with younger peers who drop secret visual albums at midnight? If you’re Mariah Carey, a woman famous for allegedly delaying a music awards show by showing up four hours late, you don’t do too much—Mariah puts effort into her singing, not her public appearances. For the release of her new album, she executed a two-prong publicity approach. First, she gave her album a really stupid name—Me. I Am Mariah... the Elusive Chanteuse—that guaranteed people would discuss (and mock) her new CD, and then she released a soda called Butterfly at Duane Reade.

The pharmacy advertised the soda as a “melodic beverage inspired by the magic of Mariah Carey.” When I first heard this, I doubted the drink would boost Mariah’s lackluster album sales, but I also didn’t really care. As a diehard Mariah fan, I just wanted to sit back, crank “Always Be My Baby,” and chug a bottle of Mariah-branded magic. Sadly, there are no Duane Reades in the shithole known as Boston, so I had to settle for making and drinking my own homemade bottle of Butterfly.

    The Ingredients

    Mountain Dew Code Red

In interviews, Mimi looks like an angel floating on a cloud of Xanax, so I imagined, when she designed Butterfly, she wanted to give her listeners a pick-me-up. Mountain Dew Code Red looks saccharine, fitting in with Butterfly's color scheme, and jacks me up like I’m on a business lunch with Patrick Bateman. Additionally, Mountain Dew Code Red is the world’s most delicious and naturally hilarious soda. I had to drop it into my bottle of magic.

    Hello Kitty Gummies

Mariah allegedly loves Hello Kitty, so I added packets of Hello Kitty gummies to my concoction for extra flavor. (FUN FACT: Ten packets of Hello Kitty gummies have less sugar than Mountain Dew Code Red.) I expected the gummies to be adorable little cats, but they looked more like kittens that had waded out of a nuclear waste spill.

A Generic Pink Lemonade-Flavored Diet Drink

Because Mariah has allegedly gone on crazy diets, and also because it’s pink.

    Cystex Liquid Cranberry Supplement

My homemade Butterfly wasn’t feeling feminine, so I added Cystex Liquid Cranberry Supplement, a UTI prevention drink, to knock it up a couple of points on the lady scale.

    The Bottle

Duane Reade sells Butterfly in a voluptuous bottle mimicking the shape of Mariah’s curves. To mimic this form, I drew a sexy lady's curves on a piece of paper and taped it to the bottle. I thought the bottle looked hot, but my roommate said my drawing looked more like an alien space invader.

    The Taste

Although I feared my creation—it smelled like a scented pad—I performed a taste test, discovering the concoction tasted like a liquefied candy that had been touched by Satan’s fingers. When I asked my roommates to try the beverage, one flat out refused, claiming it might interact with her medication. The other took a sip, scrunched up her face, and then shouted, “WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?!?”

    The Mixed Drink

Since when you google “Mariah Carey drink,” autocomplete assumes you want to search for “Mariah Carey drinking problem,” I decided to use my Butterfly knock-off as a cocktail mixer. By this point, the drink had sat in my fridge for two days; the mixture looked opaque, and the Hello Kitty gummies were waterlogged to the point where they looked like they were on prescription steroids. But once I added vodka, the liquor’s noxiousness cut down my Mariah-Cola’s cloyingness. I could only stomach a few sips, but I could also imagine gullible sorority girls slurping my mix-drink at frat parties.

    The Real Deal

After the disappointment of my Mimi-inspired homebrew, a friend revealed that she had picked up a bottle of Butterfly in New York that we could both sample. I was excited, but when we met up, her face looked grave. “It’s changed color since I bought it,” she said, convinced the drink’s pink color had previously been several shades darker. In person, the bottle looked more like a tube of fancy female lubricant than a plastic statue of Mariah’s body. To my surprise, when we sampled Butterfly, it tasted worse than what I had created with gummy bears and Mountain Dew—it tasted like a watered-down version of my pink concoction infused with citric acid-based ingredients that made my mouth feel like it was filled with powder. Somehow, Butterfly is actually more inedible than anything I could ever make with soda and a UTI prevention supplement. Only the Cockroach Monster from Men in Black would crave this poison.

    The Verdict

Butterfly isn’t going to move many copies of Mariah’s new album—for that, she’ll need some sort of phoned-in Iggy Azalea appearance or a massive concert in the Bronx. If you really love Mariah, the best way to show your devotion is not to purchase a bottle of Butterfly, but to go out and buy Glitter on DVD.

Summer is finally here, and it’s time we kick back and listen to some tunes that fit the season. We aren’t talking about playing “Summer” by Calvin Harris on repeat, either. Turn these tracks on as the sunshine beams down on your face, and you’ll find yourself in the happiest mood imaginable.

    Klingande - Jubel
Melodic house is bubbling, and Klingande is at the forefront of the movement. This breezy track will have you feeling like you’re lying out on a beach while drinking a Mai Tai. The sexy sax laid on top of the infectious groove is a match made in summer paradise.

Syn Cole - Miami 82 (Kygo Remix)
Kygo’s sound makes for ideal summertime music. When people brand someone’s music as “tropical house,” you know it’ll fit as part of your summer soundtrack. Placing Kygo on this list wasn’t difficult at all. The only difficult part was choosing which Kygo track we should put on the list. If you’re unfamiliar with Kygo, we recommend listening to the rest of his catalogue--it can be considered an entire summertime soundtrack on its own.

Mat Zo (feat. The Knocks) - Get Down 2 Get Up
Mat Zo’s versatility as a producer is mind blowing. He’s created hits in numerous genres, including trance, D&B, and progressive house. On “Get Down 2 Get Up,” he teams up with The Knocks, a duo widely known as one of the foremost purveyors of disco house. Turn this track on during a summer BBQ, and you’ll have all of your friends dancing in no time.

    Duck Sauce - NRG
Duck Sauce’s new album, Quack, is full of tracks that would brighten your summer day. It’s tough to choose just one song from the album for this list, but “NRG” takes the cake. The extremely upbeat song can make almost anyone break into dance. The Skrillex/Kill The Noise/Milo & Otis remix of “NRG” is more popular, but it’s the original that you’ll want to play during the summertime.

Nelly - Ride Wit Me (Viceroy Jetlife Remix)
When Viceroy uploads tracks to his SoundCloud, he enters “Summertime, all the time” as the genre. We simply had to include the perpetual summer celebrator on this list. His breezy remix of “Ride Wit Me” helps revive one of the more memorable rap songs of the early 2000s. Who knew that Nelly vocals be the perfect companion for a beach day?

The cross-examination of a personality from the Real Housewives of Vancouver continued during divorce proceedings Friday morning with questions about whether Jody Claman was a celebrity — she said she’s not — and whether or not she commented to her ex-husband that it was nice that he brought his gay lover to court — she said she didn’t.

Claman is on the stand for the third day in Vancouver B.C. Supreme Court for the divorce trial between her and mining executive Eran Friedlander.

His lawyer asked her if she considered herself a celebrity, which led to discussion about Twitter’s “blue check,” apparently afforded only to true celebrities next to their handle.

Claman said she used to be a celebrity during the show’s 2011-2012 run (it has since been cancelled), but isn’t now.

Friedlander’s lawyer read back to Claman her own earlier testimony from May 8, 2014, when Claman insisted in court she was a celebrity.

“I am a celebrity,” she said in response to a question in May. She explained Friday that she was a celebrity then, based on her involvement with an NBC show, but since it was cancelled, she has lost her prestigious “blue check.”

“So sometime between May 8, 2014, and today, you ceased to become a celebrity?” she was asked.

“Yes, that’s right,” she said. “I no longer have a blue check, so I no longer am a celebrity.”

The lawyer then asked Claman if on Friday she said to Friedlander “how nice it was his gay lover came to court with him this morning”?

“No,” she said. Claman, in response to more questioning, denied she spoke to either man.

Claman has told the court she is $148,000 in debt and has expenses of $50,000 a month. Friedlander filed for divorce last year from the reality show star.

    Brandi attacked by Wendy Williams!

Unless you live under a rock, you are well aware of the fact that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville has been getting some hate because she called her 7-year-old son a “d—k” and an “asshole” on her (admittedly unfiltered) podcast. She’s refused to apologize for what she said, and now the reality star is getting called a “media hoe” on The Wendy Williams Show!

“I say that sometimes your kids can be ‘a-holes’ and sometimes they go out of line — but wait a second, she’s a media hoe,” relationship expert Siggy Flicker said on Thursday’s episode. “Everything that she does is to stay relevant to make headlines. When you’re on a reality show, the only way that you’re gonna get renewed for a second [or] third [season] is if you make the covers. So she attacks her ex-husband, his wife, and now the children. You gotta stop when it comes to the kids.”

But if you ask HLN’s Jane Velez-Mitchell, Brandi is completely out of line when she said those things about her son. “The real a-hole is Brandi. Brandi, I’m gonna tell you, look in the mirror, honey,” Jane said. “If you wanna find the biggest a-hole in America, she’s staring right at you!”

Harsh words, you guys! Let’s let the hostess with the mostess, Wendy Williams herself, sound off on the situation. As usual, the 49-year-old talk show host has something enlightening to say about the ordeal, taking the middle ground and finding a solution to Brandi’s latest blunder.

“Here’s my thing,” Wendy began. “You’re right. Kids can be a-holes and more, but that’s kitchen table talk. Like, I’m not gonna sit here and tell you all how many times our son — It’s kitchen table talk. It’s not something you’re supposed to say on your podcast.”

Melissa Says Season Six Will Divide Viewers!

It looks as if the husbands of The Real Housewives of Atlanta have some competition. In an interview with Wetpaint Entertainment, Melissa Gorga said that the new husbands of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will have everyone talking.

According to Melissa, the new husbands, instead of just tagging along to events and staying in the background, will be taking center stage. She said that viewers will love some of the new guys but hate the others. Teresa A. is married to Rino, whom she actually divorced and re-married 11 years later. Amber is married to James, with whom she raises four kids. Teresa A.'s twin, Nicole, is currently divorced so it seems as if viewers will be seeing some of the guys that she dates or perhaps her ex-husband.

If the new guys have such strong personalities, you can only imagine what the new girls will be like. Melissa said that the addition of Teresa A., Nicole and Amber provides a fresh and different feel to the upcoming season since they're so full of energy and were ready to go right from the beginning. However, with their energy comes a lot of drama. Melissa admitted that the season with the new housewives is a bumpy road, with a lot of unexpected occurrences.

“Star Trek 3″ will boldly go where no man has gone before.

Director Roberto Orci promises that the latest installment of the rebooted franchise will stay true to its roots as it heads back to deep space.

“In this movie, they are closer than they are to the original series characters that you have ever seen,” Orci said during a podcast for Geoff Boucher’s Humans From Earth. “They have set off on their five-year mission. So their adventure is going to be in deep space.”

This means the USS Enterprise will explore the universe rather than the San Francisco cityscape, which fans took issue with in previous installments.

“In ['Into Darkness'] they set out finally where the original series started,” he said during the interview. “The first two films – especially the 2009 ['Star Trek'] – was an origin story. It was about them coming together. So they weren’t the characters they were in the original series. They were growing into them and that continues on in the second movie.”

The sequel marks Orci’s directorial debut. Orci, who co-wrote the first two movies, will also help pen “Star Trek 3.” He co-wrote “The Amazing Spider-Man 2″ and the first two “Transformers” movies.

“Star Trek 3″ is set to debut in 2016.

Ideas? Maybe they'll find the probe from The Voyage Home since they love rehashing the older movies *still bitter*

It’s been one week since the wedding of Derick Dillard and Jill Duggar (now Jill Dillard) and the seemingly always good-spirited couple celebrated their “Weekiversary” by sharing honeymoon photos with fans!

Jill posted the apparent selfie above and wrote, “Celebrating our weekiversary!” She then added a boy and girl kissing emoji and told fans, “Stay tuned to @tlc to watch the wedding!” That was followed by a string of hashtags: #19kidsandcounting #duggarfamily #derickdillard #jilldillard #duggarwedding

Derick posted a different beach selfie (seashellfie?) and captioned it the same way, only with fewer hashtags and no kissy kissy girly emoji

The big question still remains: Where did Derick Dillard and Jill Duggar Dillard go for their honeymoon? Obviously it’s a beach somewhere, with a number of people speculating it is somewhere along the Gulf Coast closest to where the couple reside in Arkansas.

Of course, there are numerous others offering up their theories that included South Florida, the Outer Banks of North Carolina and even Hawaii. If the usually adept TV secret-keeping family is successful yet again, I suppose we might all just have to wait until the new season of 19 Kids and Counting in the fall.

Meanwhile, Jill isn’t the only Duggar gal taking a trip with a scruffy beau. Ben Seewald and Jessa Duggar packed up their courtship and set sail for Hot Springs, Arkansas earlier today — in a car and with lil chaperones Justin and Johannah:

Ben tweeted the photo above and excitedly wrote, “Headed to Hot Springs!”

He also shared a romantic photo with Jessa sans chaperones and simply captioned it with a heart:

    What's your ideal honeymoon location?

SAN ANTONIO - My All American has the makings of a classic: an all-star cast, a moving, true story, an authentic feel and a screenplay written by the mind behind Rudy and Hoosiers.

The feature film, which is being shot in the Alamo City during the next week, is based on the true story of Freddie Steinmark, who was diagnosed with cancer six days after winning the 1969 national championship as a defensive back with the University of Texas football team.

"This story is above and beyond football," said Angelo Pizzo, the movie's writer and director. "Football is the framework, the backdrop, of this moving story."

Golden Globe nominated actor Aaron Eckhart plays Darrell K. Royal, the Longhorns' football coach for whom their current stadium is now named, and up-and-comer Finn Wittrock plays Steinmark.

Pizzo said the film's tone and story telling style will be similar to his previous works Rudy and Hoosiers, but that new technology will allow him to include even more "authentic, organic emotion."

"We want the guys who played with Freddie (Steinmark) at UT to come out of the theater saying 'that's the way I remember it'," said Pizzo.

Steinmark, an undersized safety and eventual leader of the team, was diagnosed with bone cancer and had his left leg amputated just six days after winning the national championship. Steinmark, who died at the age of 22, has been enshrined in Longhorn history: Longhorn players tap a bronze depiction of Steinmark's story before each home game.

The movie will be exclusively shot in Texas and crews will visit Dallas/Fort Worth for five days, San Antonio for eight and Austin for 27 days.

The portion of the film being shot at the Alamodome is a recreation of the Southwest Conference championship, played in Fayetteville, Arkansas, between the unbeaten powerhouses: #1 ranked Longhorns and #2 ranked Arkansas Razorbacks. The game was later dubbed the "Game of the Century."

The dome provides guaranteed clear "weather" on set, as well as a shield from the blazing Texas sun, said Pizzo.

More than 500 extras from the region are participating in the production at the Alamodome, including two high school football coaches from San Antonio who are playing Arkansas coaches in the film.

Andy Skelton, an assistant football and baseball coach for East Central High School, was hired as an extra but earned a few lines in the film. Bobby Allen, a football and track coach for Clark High School, also will appear in the film.

Financing for the film was raised independently from many UT alums, spearheaded by Austin energy executive Bud Brigham.

When asked whether he expects this movie, which could be released as early as this December, to be a legacy film similar to Hoosiers and Rudy, Pizzo said: "I can only do the best I can to create a movie to entertain and move people and hope for success... Sometimes magic happens."

GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) — Rapper Rick Ross has been released after his arrest following a North Carolina concert.

Greensboro Police Department spokeswoman Susan Danielsen says Ross was taken into custody Friday after the SuperJam concert in North Carolina. She says a court had issued an order for his arrest because he failed to appear in court on a previous misdemeanor marijuana charge.

The rapper, whose real name is William L. Roberts, was taken into custody after his performance. Danielsen says he was released on $1,000 bond.

Messages seeking comment weren't immediately returned by a spokesman for Universal Music Group or executives at a booking agency that works with Ross.
