Just when it seemed like the worst of Reese Witherspoon's arrest drama has passed, E! News has obtained previously unseen footage from her arrest in Atlanta.

The shocking video shows the mother of three arguing with officers outside of the police station, even doing a bit of vocal impersonation of one of the officers. When the arresting officer explained to her that she needed to stay inside of the vehicle, she argued: "I understand. I understand. And I'm not trying to cause any problems…I am pregnant, early pregnant, it's an early pregnancy."

(She admitted on Good Morning America she was saying "crazy things," and she is not, in fact, pregnant.)

Witherspoon continued with a second officer, saying, "I am allowed to ask if you are a real police officer? I need to see verification! Sir, you're going to make national news, you're arresting me."

The Legally Blonde star then launched into a seeming vocal impersonation of the officer when she added, "And he said, 'I'm not going to give you real ID!'"

While exiting the vehicle at the police station, she shouted and laughed, "They arrested me!"

But things got decidedly more somber while at the police station.

Witherspoon told another officer that she's trying to keep her pregnancy on the down-low.

"I was afraid you would tell people, I am trying to keep it a secret," she said.

The officer assured her that he won't say anything to anyone. But unfortunately the events were caught on tape for the world to see.

Yesterday, Witherspoon agreed to pay a fine for obstruction, and husband Jim Toth plead guilty to first offense DUI and will perform community service, pay a fine and remain on probation for 12 months.

Second video won't embed either; watch it at the second SOURCE

He may have been drunk but Reese Witherspoon's husband was smart enough to backtrack after throwing his wife under the bus during their April 19 arrest.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jim Toth was heard talking to officer’s about his wife’s bizarre behavior – which landed her an arrest for disorderly conduct – telling them; “I had absolutely nothing to do with that.”

However new audio from the dash cam footage of the encounter hears him describing the Sweet Home Alabama star to the officer driving him calling her “a good lady.”

“She’s a good lady. There’s just often times, she gets, there’s just a flip side to everything,” he says from the back seat of the police car.

Reese embarrassingly hurled threats at the arresting officer when they were pulled over in Atlanta for a DUI.

She refused to get back in the car and stated: “Do you know my name sir? You’re about to find out who I am.”

The couple have since publicly apologized for their behavior but on the night in question Jim tried to explain to police why she behaved the way she did.

“I respect you and what you are doing,” he is heard saying. “The other side of the coin is… sometimes I know it’s very easy to look at her life and my life, you think we are entitled, but there is a lot of harassment that goes along with it. I don’t expect you to understand. I get you have to do your job.”

However the officer is quick to put him back in his place after telling him he doesn’t have his job and wouldn’t want it either.

“We aren’t out here to arrest passengers. My purpose is to get DUIs off the road so they don’t kill themselves or anyone else.”

Reese reportedly pled no contest to the disorderly conduct charge Thursday morning in an Atlanta courthouse.

She was ordered to pay a $213 fine while her husband appeared on person and pled guilty to driving under the influence.

He must perform 40 hours of community service, attend an alcohol education program and has been placed on 12 months of probation.

T.I.'s Daughter And Rocko's Son Attended Prom Together
For T.I., that warranted a conversation to make sure that all parties were on the same page as to the conduct expected on the big day.

T.I. told AllHipHop exclusively what he relayed Rocko, in an effort to protect his daughter from a possibly date with fast fingers and groping hands.

“Rocko’s son took my daughter to the prom. I called him, I talked to my homeboy. I told man, to tell his son to keep his hands to hisself,” T.I. told AllHipHop.com.

Tip said Rocko’s reply only slightly reassured him that Zonnique would fine.

“He [Rocko] assured me that he had raised a gentleman,” Tip continued. “I was a little more worried, though, because the gentleman is the one you gotta worry about.”

On the music front, Tip is releasing the anticipated Hustle Gang mixtape on May 7 (tomorrow) with features from T.I., B.O.B, Shad Da God, Trae Tha Truth, Iggy Azalea, Travi$ Scott, Young Dro, and other Hustle Gang affiliates.

Monica (Rocko's ex-fiancée) and Tiny (Zonnique's mom) also tweeted about the event:

NFL punter Chris Kluwe has become a hero in the fight for LGBT equality but now he's a hero without a job. The Minnesota Vikings on Monday (6 May) cut the 31-year-old Kluwe from the team after more than eight years.

'Thank you to everyone for your support,' Kluwe said in a tweet.'Remember, one label does not define who you are as a person.'

Kluwe had feared the move when the Vikings selected UCLA punter Jeff Locke as a fifth-round draft pick. Kluwe texted to the NBC website PFT last week: 'It’s a shame that in a league with players given multiple second chances after arrests, including felony arrests, that speaking out on human rights has a chance of getting you cut.'

Vikings General Manager Rick Spielman said in a statement: Kluwe 'contributed to many victories and we wish Chris and his family the best and thank him for his contributions to the Vikings organization. Out of respect to Chris, we decided to release him now and allow time for him to sign with another team.'

In the past 12 months, Kluwe has become one of the most high-profile players in the league appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Colbert Report as well as being an OUT magazine cover story.

In February, Kluwe, a married straight man with two children, was honored at the Family Equality Council's awards dinner in Los Angeles.

Kluwe had already been working to defeat the Minnesota ballot initiative that would have banned same-sex marriage when he was propelled to greater fame when a withering profanity-lace letter he wrote to Maryland Assembly Delegate Emmett C. Burns went viral.

To Kluwe, LGBT equality is a no-brainer, simply something that's time has come.

'There's a famous quote that the arc of history tends to bend towards more freedom, not less. You are really seeing that right now,' he told Gay Star News earlier this year. 'Our generation's civil rights struggle is for gay rights because there's a subset of America that pays their taxes, serves in the military and is not treated the same as everyone else. That's discrimination, that's not what America is built on.'

After years of hoping to become parents and suffering through fertility issues, Bill Klein and Dr. Jennifer Arnold of TLC's The Little Couple joyfully welcomed adopted son Will from China – and now tell PEOPLE exclusively they are adopting a 19-month-old girl from India they have named Zoey.

"We're so delighted that Zoey will be joining our family and that William will have a little sister coming home very soon," Arnold and Klein said in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.

Though Zoey – who also has a form of dwarfism like her adoptive parents and new big brother-to-be, Will – is officially their daughter, the couple is waiting on final approvals and dates to be put in place so they can bring her home to Houston. Since they wed, Klein, 38, and Arnold, 39 have hoped to adopt a child with special needs because of their own experiences with dwarfism.

"We've dealt with prejudice and many challenges," says Arnold. "I feel very lucky and fortunate that I have the wonderful life I have." Both Klein and Arnold say the reason they do a show is to help others understand more about dwarfism.

"A little girl came up to me in a store and said, 'You are a little person,' very matter-of-factly and I said, 'Yes, I am, thank you very much,'" says Arnold. "We have an opportunity to raise awareness and that's wonderful."

Becoming a parent is something they say they are more than ready for. "I wanted us to be parents before we were too old to enjoy being parents," says Arnold with a laugh.

Adult star James Deen continues to reveal details about his fake sex tape shoot with Teen Mom 2′s Farrah Abraham.

It was James who blew the lid off the PR scheme to pretend that Farrah was shooting a sex tape, when it was really a porn.

Now The Canyons star tells RumorFix contrary to what Farrah says, it wasn’t her tape for her private use. “She never owned the tape,” he says.

James was coy about “the company” that commissioned the adult video saying, “I got a call from the company that made it – ‘Hey you wanna do this movie with this girl?’”

He says they shot it a day later and it “looked like a regular scene to me.” He adds, “I approached it like a regular day at the office.”

The porn star wouldn’t talk about Farrah’s million dollar payday saying, “I don’t want to alter anyone’s plan or press scheme or anything – I’m not involved in that – it’s not any of my business.”

Since James has been revealing behind-the-scenes details about the shoot, Farrah has expressed her anger at him. But, the modern day Ron Jeremy says he has no regrets. “I thought she did a great job and it’s a great movie. It’s gonna be a really good porno,” he says. Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom was released on Vivid’s website on Monday.

There's nothing more punk rock than taking a real risk.
And Nicole Richie was the epitome of punk elegance in her white Topshop column gown and her shocking silver updo at the Met Ball in New York Monday.
The 31-year-old reality star has always coasted through her career thanks to her refreshingly ballsy personality.

So it's no wonder why she was one of the night's stand-outs at the Costume Institute Gala celebrating Punk: Chaos to Couture - running through August 11.
The mother-of-two flaunted her slender form in the custom-made embroidered gown with a high neck, which contrasted her bronzed complexion and burgundy pout.
Nicole's make-up artist Beau Nelson reportedly used a blend of Chanel Rouge Allure in Rouge Noir and MAC Lipmix in Black and Fuchsia.

Chris Evans - best known as Captain America - paid $3.52 million for a recently renovated mid-century ranch in the Laurel Canyon neighborhood of the Hollywood Hills so he can be near Minka work.

The 4,600-square-foot house was purchased by a flipper in June 2012 for $1.9 million. That owner completely renovated the three-bedroom pad, adding an updated kitchen, and refinishing the floors. The house was listed for $3.5 million. The swimming pool and several outdoor entertaining spaces enjoy views of LA.

More pics in a slideshow at the source.

In other semi-related news, Minka is rumoured to be the frontrunner to star in the 50 Shades of Blah film adaptation. Anyone serious about acting should steer clear of that shitfest.

This American Idol is just getting started
    by Don Wilcock

From bagging groceries to becoming the youngest man in history to debut a No. 1 album on Billboard's Top 200, Scotty McCreery has had to grow up fast.

    ...

"The biggest surprise I would say, is how much of a business it really is," said the 19 year-old country superstar who will play the Palace Theatre in Albany tonight as part of his first headliner tour. "All you dream about is getting on stage and performing and making music. You don't dream about the behind-the-scenes business meetings, manager meetings and all of the stuff that goes into making those dreams become a reality."

Thirty-nine million people watched McCreery win the 10th season of "American Idol" in May 2011. Capturing 122.4 million votes, he became an overnight sensation, much the way Elvis did after his first appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show" in 1956. In fact while others were listening to the Backstreet Boys, McCreery was totally hooked on Elvis. "Conway (Twitty) and Merle (Haggard), I definitely listened to all of them and had all their records in the house, but Elvis was what I was listening to 24/7 growing up. I guess I just had a feel for that kind of music, that kind of style, I don't know what it was," McCreery said.

"As I was going through 'Idol,' the term that got used for me by all kinds of people was 'old soul.' They said I had an old soul. When I was a kid, I just had that old soul that enjoyed the music and kind of connected to it."

A fan of "American Idol" since its first season, McCreery and his family decided to take a vacation to Milwaukee, Wis.. so he could try out for the show. "We saw a city we'd never seen before, not really expecting much, but they kept me around, and it was a lot more than we expected out of it, but we were extremely happy," McCreery said.

A religious young man who insists that at least one song of faith be included on each of his albums, he said being a pitcher on his high school baseball team prepared him for his meteoric rise. "You control how fast the game is gonna go," McCreery explained. "If you have a good day, then, hopefully, you're holding the team to a few runs. If you're having a bad day, then they're killing ya and your team loses because of you. That's pressure, and being on stage with all eyes on you, that's pressure to deliver, and you gotta deliver the goods every night."

McCreery is working diligently to not let the machinery of the music industry go to his head. He's toured with other 'Idol' winnders and opened for Brad Paisley, but he's calling his first headliner venture "Weekend Road Trip Tour 2013" because he's dividing his time between concert appearances Thursdays through Sundays. Mondays through Wednesdays, he's a freshman at North Carolina State, where he's majoring in communications with a focus on media.

No artists on "American Idol" are allowed to sing their own songs, and all 12 cuts on "Clear As Day" are by Nashville songwriters, but they are true to who McCreery is. Things are going to change on the next album though. "I was writing this morning in Nashville," he said. "So we've cut about seven songs so far, and I think two of them are mine. So it's real cool that I get to do that, and I'm gonna have a hand in this record and put my own stamp on it. So, I'm enjoying it."

He wants this to be his career and hopes to still be singing when he's 50. "The cool thing about me starting out so young is that my music is going to grow with me as a person," McCreery said. "It'll be the same guy in the music, but you'll see, hopefully, a level of maturity throughout these albums. Album one, two, three, four, you'll be able to look back and say, 'Oh there's young Scotty, and here's an older Scotty.' I'll keep the same values and the same storylines and stuff. That's just my way of writing, I guess."

Source : My local newspaper (The Saratogian- Saratoga Springs NY) posted this article about him when he came through town to perform at the Palace Theater in Albany NY.
I typed this all up from the physical copy. Not sure the exact date the corner is ripped off, it is recent though!

File this one under Instant Backlash: Disney has filed several trademark applications for the phrase Dia de Los Muertos, as in the name of the traditional holiday that is celebrated in Mexico and elsewhere to honor the dead.

    No, really.

The Fronteras Desk reports that the applications were filed May 1 in relation to an forthcoming Dia de Los Muertos-related Pixar film:

The areas they are hoping to secure include “education and entertainment services,” “fruit preserves; fruit-based snack foods,” “toys, games and playthings,” “clothing,” “footwear,” “backpacks,” “clocks and jewelry” and more.

The U.S. Trademark and Patent Office website lists 10 applications for "Dia De Los Muertos" filed by Disney Enterprises, Inc. in Burbank. A sample application listing "goods and services" under the desired trademark has this list:

Bags; backpacks; calling card cases; coin purses; fanny packs; key cases; key chains; luggage; luggage tags; purses; umbrellas; wallets

Another features a sort of "Day of the Dead Before Christmas" product list:

Toys, games and playthings; gymnastic and sporting articles (except clothing); hand-held units for playing electronic games for use with or without an external display screen or monitor; Christmas stockings; Christmas tree ornaments and decorations; snow globes

As for the backlash, that's underway. A few comments on the Fronteras website today included this one from Candace Curtis-Cavazos:

Disney has no right to claim my culture or the lives of those I have lost and how we celebrate that. This is wrong and Latinos across the world will be highly offended if this happens. Given Latinos are the largest growing population in the US right now, I would advise Disney to back off or else they may find themselves at a loss of a large population of supporters.

    Martha Liliana Gómez wrote:

This is pretty horrible and disrespectful.

And this one from Kimbo Martinez (asterisks added):

This is not Ok. You cant trademark my culture! F**k You DISNEY!

It looks like Disney isn't the first to apply to trademark "Dia de Los Muertos." The patent office website shows two applications from other entities filed for the same term in the 2000s. One company succeeded in 2007: The Valence Group of Houston has a current registered trademark employing the phrase for "entertainment services, namely, the continuing production and exhibition of live theater production, stage plays and musical shows."

This doesn't necessarily mean Disney can't get "Dia de Los Muertos," though. According to the patent office, similar trademarks can exist in a different service area.

Does Team Mickey think it will succeed? No word back from Disney yet. The company tried to do the same with the phrase "SEAL Team 6" after the Navy unit killed Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan in 2011. But Disney withdrew its application "out of deference for the Navy" after a slew of public criticism, during which the Navy applied for its own trademark.

n a statement provided to the public-radio network Fronteras, a Disney spokesperson told them they had tried to trademark the name because it might've been the name for a planned Pixar film that is to be Dia de los Muertos-themed. "It has since been determined that the title of the film will change and therefore we are withdrawing our trademark filing" the spokesperson said.
