Courtland pleads guilty to assault against Jenelle and unborn baby!!!!!!

What do you get when Teen Mom Jenelle Evans and her husband Courtland Rogers go to court? A whole lot of drama. The reality star went to a hearing in a Brunswick County, North Carolina courtroom today to support her on-again, off-again, on-again husband, who pleaded guilty to one count of assault on a female and one count of battery on an unborn child.

Courtland was sentenced to 24 months probation, and according a source who spoke to E!, he's happy to put the whole thing behind him.

I ... I am so confused. Let me get this straight. Jenelle gets pregnant with Courtland's baby, they get married, he abuses her (and the unborn child), she has a miscarriage, she leaves him in the middle of the night, er, something, and gets back together with an ex, he goes back to his ex, Tiffany, Jenelle presses charges against him alleging abuse, then she tries to retract those allegations, then they get back together, and now he's just pleaded guilty to battery.

And honestly, that's not the half of it. Courtland was also accused of selling stories that defamed Jenelle, and Jenelle had been accused of faking her pregnancy for attention and money.

But listen. The fact that Courtland pleaded guilty to battery against an unborn baby makes me assume, naturally, that Jenelle really was pregnant and really did have a miscarriage. But I'm taking all this with a grain of salt.

Would I put it past these two to take the pregnancy lie so far that Courtland would be forced to admit to abusing an unborn child lest the truth be discovered? No, no I wouldn't.

But if lies designed to win them fame and a bigger paycheck are resulting in excess battery charges, they made need to rethink their strategy.

Are you surprised Courtland pleaded guilty to one count of battery against an unborn child?

On the cusp of stardom: Never before seen photos of Madonna, 24, to be exhibited for first time

Her '80s street style is an iconic fashion moment.

And it looks like Madonna was wearing the hooped earrings and bright red lipstick even before she found fame.
In never before seen images, a 24-year-old Madonna poses up a storm in a series of photos taken just before her ascent to superstardom.

Back to the '80s: Madonna sips on a slush drink as she shows off her flexibility in a photo taken in 1982
Richard Corman photographed the young Michigan-native in New York City in 1982 - a year before she released her debut, eponymous album.
These previously hidden images, taken in Madonna's Lower East Side apartment, are to be displayed for the first time in a new exhibition.
Reflecting on the shoot, Corman told ELLE.com: 'She leaned on her staircase and greeted me from her walk-up.

Striking: Corman was captivated by Madonna's cats eyes
'I saw those cat eyes, and I just knew. There are a few people that have that fierce sense of confidence that she portrayed.'
Corman soon realised it wasn't to be a solo shoot after she invited children from the nearby housing projects to come and dance with her.
He recalled: 'She served me an espresso with a Bazooka bubble gum, I will never forget it.

In those days, she liked the older men! Madonna shares a bench with a row of Manhattan pensioners
'The kids from the projects would all come up and sing and dance along with her. I documented all of this. I was a voyeur.'
The photos will go on show in MADONNA - A Transformational Exhibition at various W Hotels throughout New York from later this week.
The exhibition will feature photos by Corman and fellow photographer George DuBose.

Farrah Abraham's mom has blind faith in her daughter who has a penchant for drinking, boob jobs, lesbian romps and now ... porn.

Debra Danielsen is still not convinced her daughter shot a porn tape. TMZ however, IS convinced ... in fact, we're 100% sure she shot the skin flick Sunday with dong-master James Deen.

Debra tells us ... her daughter's not the type that would make a sex tape, BUT IF SHE DID it's not her fault. She says, "My daughter has never expressed interest in things like that. She was not brought up that way." Debra goes on about her little girl who gave birth at 16 ... "We have religious beliefs."

As for who Debra thinks IS responsible ... it's those dastardly people behind the tape.

We're hearing James Deen may have been behind things ..

Chris Rock & Anthony Anderson Are Heading To That Show You Would Be Watching If It Wasn't On BET.

Chris Rock, Anthony Anderson Heading To BET's Hit Series 'Real Husbands Of Hollywood'

BET hasn't made an official announcement on this, but the folks at Hip Hollywood got the scoop directly from the cast, during a set visit while they were shooting an episode for season 2.

It's not clear whether Chris Rock and Anthony Anderson are actually joining the cast as a season 2 regular, or if their's will be guest appearances. But I'm leaning towards the latter. Although I suppose they could also be recurring roles.

Real Husbands Of Hollywood has been a big hit for BET, who said it was the #1 sitcom on cable among adults 18-49. Its season finale last month, drew a total of about 3.5 million viewers. It was no surprise then that the network announced a second season pickup with a 12 episode order for the semi-scripted comedy, promising more celebrity guest-stars.

Flashback: DiCaprio, 22, Talks 'Titanic'

Photo of Milford Sound in New Zealand!

Sixteen years after the colossal success of Titanic launched Leonard DiCaprio's career, he is taking on another legendary American story in F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatbsy. Before the potential blockbuster hits theaters, let's take a trip back to 1997, when DiCaprio was a mere 22-year-old being interviewed about Titanic.

Leonardo DiCaprio had been acting since he was a teenager and had even secured his first Golden Globe and Oscar nominations (for the 1993 drama What's Eating Gilbert Grape), but it wasn't until his role as "Jack Dawson" in Titanic that he became a household name.

In his interview, DiCaprio highlights that even though the film went on to be a major success for him, it deviated from his career to that point and seemed risky.

"I traditionally have done smaller films and this, to me, was a completely new venture," he says in the flashback. "I took a chance and tried something different. It definitely worked out, in my opinion, but I've never done anything of this caliber. ... My opinion of huge movies like this...has always been to stay away from them...but I didn't want to discriminate against this because it was such a powerful story and such an important movie."

The chance paid off, monetarily and career-wise, for the young actor. Titanic became the highest grossing film of all-time (later surpassed by Avatar) at $2.2 billion in ticket sales, a whopping inflation-adjusted $3.2 billion.

On a personal level, DiCaprio not only became a heartthrob for his role as the fictitious heroic lover he portrayed in Titanic, but also became in high demand for leading roles.

After a few of his performances immediately following Titanic yielded mild reviews, DiCaprio was very selective of the projects that he undertook, a quality that he has upheld for the duration of his career.

Five years after Titanic, DiCaprio had two blockbusters premiere within a week of each other, Catch Me If You Can and Gangs of New York. Rich performances in those films cemented DiCaprio as a Hollywood star.

"I understand that if you want to have a career with longevity, things go up and down," he says. "... [I'm interested in] whatever will carry me to the next level as an actor so I can continue to do good movies. The choices I've made have simply been because they've been the best possible films in front of me. That's why I've done them. I haven't purposely chosen to become widely known."

DiCaprio won his first Golden Globe on his next film after Gangs of New York, The Aviator, and was nominated for a Golden Globe or an Oscar on five of his next eight films, including his most recent film, Django Unchained.

DW 50th Anniversary: Filming in Trafalgar Square

On any normal day of the week tourists can expect to see a few pigeons flying around Trafalgar Square in central London.

However, on Tuesday morning there was a very different sight on offer next to Nelson's Column.

Matt Smith, 30, was seen dangling from the bottom of the TARDIS as he filmed scenes for Doctor Who in the famous public space.

lol

Jemma Redgrave (Kate Stewart) was also on location with UNIT troops. Guest star Ingrid Oliver appears to be playing a UNIT scientist called Osgood who is a fan of the Doctor. She is wearing Tom Baker’s scarf in one of the scenes.

It looks like UNIT are responsible for picking the TARDIS up. Afterwards the Doctor tells Kate: “Kate Lethbridge-Stewart, a word of advice. As I’m sure your father would have told you, I don’t like being picked up!”
Kate then hands over an old brown envelope with the royal seal on. “I’m acting on instructions direct from the throne. Sealed orders from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the First.”

Michael J. Fox On Why He's Coming Back To Comedy TV: 'I Love To Do This!'

0
0

Michael J. Fox is returning to his "Family Ties" network - NBC - this fall, with his new comedy, loosely based on his own life.

But before chatting about his new show, Access Hollywood's Michelle Beadle had to ask the actor about appearing on the cover of AARP magazine.

"I went from Teen Beat and Tiger Beat... to AARP," Michael laughed. "There's some great tips about colon health!"

Like a fine wine, Michael's sense of humor has only gotten better with age. But make no mistake, the 51-year-old AARP cover boy is not retiring any time soon. In his new comedy, he's playing a New York anchorman, whose family and career is turned upside down by Parkinson's.

"Why is it that you're just so willing, able and at ease to just bring it out there and deal with it?" Michelle asked.

"Well, I don't have a choice... But my personal life -- you can sit and project out and say, 'Oh, I'm going to have this and it's going to be like this and I won't be able to do that.' But it's much more about right now.

'What can I do right now?' Right?" Michael explained. "I just thought, I love to do this and as much as anyone will let me do it and give me their time to do it - I should do it. And so, I'm doing it."

Michael explained how the show fits in with his own life experiences.

"It's based loosely on my experiences," he told Michelle. "And I don't want to say too much because I don't want my kids to think every time a kid does something goofy on the show that it's a reflection on them."
Michael has another sweet project - with famed Magnolia Bakery.

They have created a special cupcake to benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation, in honor of Parkinson's Awareness Month throughout April.

Lena Dunham's No Bra Look: Actress Goes Braless On Set Of 'Girls'

Lena Dunham is certainly not one to shy away from overexposure, so it is no surprise the HBO star went braless on the set of her critically acclaimed series.

Dunham opted for the no-bra look while on set of Season 3 of "Girls" at a steakhouse in Queens, N.Y., according to Splash News.

She donned two different styles for the scene -- a black and white sweater with printed jeans, and a floral blouse with mustard trousers. Both worn without a bra.

In Season 2 of "Girls," Dunham went topless and her daring move made waves in the press. Howard Stern compared Dunham's nude scenes to rape, calling her "a little fat girl who kinda looks like Jonah Hill."

But the actress and screenwriter doesn't care if people don't like her choice of clothing, or lack thereof. Dunham doesn't want to look like a Victoria's Secret model.

"Not being the babest person in the world creates a nice barrier," she told Playboy last month. "The people who talk to you are the people who are interested in you. It must be a big burden in some ways to look that way and be in public. That said, I probably would want to see if I could get free food at restaurants. Then I’d call a doctor and see if she could return me to my former situation."

Omarosa target of investigation by Michael Clarke Duncan’s family over late actor’s money

0
0
Michael Clarke Duncan's family has questions about Omarosa Manigault ... specifically, whether the late actor's fiancee unduly influenced him into re-writing his will months before he died and leaving almost everything to her.

Judy Duncan, Michael's sister, tells TMZ she's hired a lawyer to investigate the circumstances surrounding the change to the actor's will in April 2012, making Omarosa the main beneficiary.

Judy believes MCD was not of sound mind when he made the changes ... because as early as December 2011, the actor was not himself, slurring words and stumbling around.

Judy says her suspicions about Omarosa intensified when MCD was hospitalized following his heart attack ... telling us Omarosa was fixated on MCD's money when he was on life support.

Another thorn in Judy's side ... Omarosa has already sold a bunch of MCD's personal effects (watches, cars, his "Green Mile" director's chair, awards, etc.). Judy says Omarosa sold the stuff without the family's knowledge ... and she's pissed.

It's worth noting: MCD reportedly left Judy $100,000 in his will ... so it's not like she got squat.

For Omarosa's part -- she tells TMZ, "I don't control the estate or the finances and Judy knows it. If you saw all of her emails and texts to me you would see that she is just trying to get money from me, and threatened going to press if I did not give it to her and that is a crime!"

Fellow 'Celebrity Apprentice' Claudia Jordan claimed on The Wendy Williams Show that Omarosa told her she had "access to the money from the charity that Michael Clarke Duncan had, and she would use it if she needed it"
