Simone Missick confirmed it herself that we will be seeing the character again in the team up Netflix series.

“I believe I’m safe to say that I will be on ‘The Defenders’. Spoiler alert! If I lose my job because of this interview, sorry! I was supposed to be on ‘The Defenders,’ until I got fired,” she added jokingly.

The Defenders is supposed to start shooting before 2016 ends for a premiere in 2017. Outside of the four heroes, other confirmed appearances are Rosario Dawson, Elden Henson's Foggy Nelson, Scott Glenn's Stick, Eka Darville's Malcolm Ducasse, and possibly Carrie Ann Moss since she is supposed to show up in Iron Fist. I'd also put money on Jessica Henwick's Colleen Wing.

- Had no intentions to do television again but felt "Last Man on Earth" script was too good to pass up
- Got her start in comedy. Did the show so her fans and potential bosses would see she's more than Betty Draper
- Had nothing to do with Jon Hamm's cameo
- Sarcastic and dry like Melissa
- Only picks scripts that challenge her
- The Betty/Don phone call scene is the Mad Men memory that stands out the most
- Was not allowed to take anything away from set but has a few of Betty's outfits
- Works with Oceana. Has gotten to swim with sharks and help get bills passed on behalf of sharks
- Best career advice she got was from Jack Nicholson who told her to watch her own work
- Has not heard anything about Emma Frost returning but would be up for it. Just wants a heads up so she can start working out

Chelsea Houska from Teen Mom 2 got married yesterday to Cole DeBoer. Chelsea is currently 5 months pregnant, and the wedding was very small. She says she is going to have a second, bigger wedding next year after the baby is born (for some reason??)

Mindy Kaling's brother, Vijay Jojo Chokal-Ingam, has self-published a memoir called Almost Black: The True Story of How I Got into Medical School by Pretending to be Black, which is pretty self-explanatory.

Vijay and Mindy had a falling-out two years ago and no longer speak. He claims she knew about his scheme to lie about his race on his medical school applications all along and she denies it. On the cover of the book, he has a supposed quote from Mindy that says "This book will bring shame on our family".

Vijay (who dropped out of medical school and now coaches other applicants on how to get accepted to top schools) says he replied to his famous sibling, “You play a slut on national TV, and you think this [book] will bring shame on the family?”

He also claims “My sister has engineered public and private plots against her many frenemies in Hollywood" including allegedly trying to sabotage the sister of her ex-boyfriend, Benjamin Nugent, by secretly asking her agents at William Morris not to represent the rising playwright after promising that she would help her.

“If Mindy thinks twice about stabbing someone else in the back because of what I’ve written, then I’m doing her a big favor.”

• Was interviewed for 60 minutes by Anderson  Cooper to promote the upcoming release of Birth of a Nation which he wrote, directed, produced and starred in.


• Parker alongside Jean Celestin, co-writer of Birth of a Nation, was accused of rape while in college by a fellow student. Parker was acquitted while Celestin was convicted and went to jail, though his sentence was later overturned on appeal.

• I don’t feel guilty. As a Christian man, just being in that situation, yeah, sure. I’m 36 years old right now. And my faith is very important to me. You know, so looking back through that lens, I definitely feel like it’s not the lens that I had when I was 19 years old.
