+ Neil Gaiman plans to write a six-part television series based on “Good Omens,” the acclaimed 1990 fantasy novel he co-authored with the late Terry Pratchett.
+ The Guardian reports Gaiman made the announcement Thursday in London at a memorial event for Pratchett, who passed away in March 2015. Although Gaiman had previously declined to adapt the novel, explaining, “Terry and I had a deal that we would only work on ‘Good Omens’ things together,” Pratchett left a letter posthumously, giving his blessing to his friend to write the series himself.

- multiple independent sources close to the project said that visual effects tests were commissioned that would’ve altered Scarlett Johansson in post-production to “shift her ethnicity” and make her appear more Asian in the film.
- Paramount acknowleged the tests were done but said they were discarded and are not used in final cut of film.

Williams, who openly admits to having a boyfriend, says that she has recently been sitting up “for hours” thinking about her sexuality. “It’s like what Shailene Woodley said: ‘I fall in love with personalities and not people or genders'”, quotes the actress. “I have no problem with anyone who would want to be labeled, but I also think that it is no one’s business.”

Woodley is seemingly a glowing exception to the darker sides of Hollywood that Williams has encountered.

“Honestly, this industry frightens me—it scares me seeing people who are evil,” she says, before regrouping. “No, not evil. But seeing people change. Seeing what this industry has done to me, and then having to pull it all back again. I am very happy with who I am, and people always say, ‘Don’t change,’ but no one ever intentionally changes. It is frightening.”
