Cooking with Dog is a channel that features Japanese recipes 'narrated' by Francis, a poodle who oversees the recipes being made by an anonymous Japanese woman known only as 'Chef'. With almost 1 million subscribers and more than 200 delicious recipes, the channel was started nearly 8 years and has been featured in online publications like The Daily Dot. Now, 'Francis' is leaving the leaving the kitchen by himself to go around Japan and detail the various types of food the country has to offer. The first stop - Kyoto, with a focus on bento. The episode will air soon on Youtube.

The Las Vegas Sun reports that Simon Cowell is trying to get a deal with Britney to perform on the UK edition of the X Factor, in order to up the show's struggling ratings! Apparently Simon is trying to sign Britney to appear on a special 2-night special of the show, where she's going to be performing past hits with contestants. This comes after the official announcement that Britney will be dropping a new single featuring Iggy Azelia on May 5th, therefore a full promo plan might not be that unlikely.

Ageless actor Daniel Sharman attended the New Jersey Devils vs New York Rangers game last Saturday (April 4) at Madison Sqaure Garden in New York with television host girlfriend Asha Leo. The Immortals' star (apostrophe and 's' unnecessary) graced the crowd with his presence to support whichever superior team he was rooting for. The details are irrelevant. I don't know shit about Hockey. But if the jerseys worn behind him are any indicator, it looks like that proud title belongs to the New York Rangers. Go team.

- Sean Cody "model" Teofil Brank (better known as Jarec Wentworth) may face 2 years in jail for allegedly blackmailing and extorting Donald Burns out of thousands of dollars.
- Burns is a high-profile Republican donor of MagicJack internet phone fame.
- Court documents reveal that the two met in 2013, when Burns was interested in financing gay adult films.
- Burns and Brank's relationship then became sexual, with Burns paying Brank for sex and to introduce him to other men.
- Burns paid a reported $2,000 for each new man Brank introduced him to, which may have included a number of underage boys.

- Two years later, Brank asked to be paid $500,000 in cash in exchange for his silence.
- The FBI apprehended and arrested Brank in a Starbucks. A loaded magnum revolver was found in his car.

-In a new interview with OK! Magazine, Sarah Harding had this to say about her GA days: "I was reminiscing about the fact that we used to play to stadiums of 20,000 people and I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss that. We had some fun times… I watch videos back of all of us and I do miss it."

Geoffrey Lewis died yesterday at the age of 79 of natural causes. He was a veteran charactor actor and had frequently worked with Clint Eastwood. His daughter Juliette Lewis posted a picture of him on her instagram and wrote "He loved us so. So so much. I am forever my father's daughter and he will never [be] gone."

On his directorial debut on Bates Motel:"It's odd, I have to say," Carbonell tells Zap2it over lunch later that day. "But it's a great exercise. I'm learning a lot -- I'm learning a lot just in the whole process of it, and all the elements that go into it. I have incredible appreciation, having gone through the process already of pre-production, of just appreciating what goes into it, the detail that goes into it from every department.

"My first scene I had to do with Freddie [Highmore] and Olivia [Cooke] and Max. We hang out, we're all buddies, and I'm thinking, 'How are these guys going to respond?'" he says. "I had to give one of them direction, and they sort of looked at me like, 'OK, yeah, what can I do?' I guess expecting me to give them an answer, and I was like, 'Well, I've got to come up with something.' [ laughs] And now I'm telling everyone what to do."

Max Thierot, who plays Dylan Massett:"We showed up, and I had a big smile on my face all day because it was surreal, I guess," he says. "The first day he was a little more passive, a little standoff, didn't want to step on any of our toes after being actors with us for three seasons now. And now he comes right in there and is like, 'You should do this and this and this' and gets right in there with the directing."

Freddie Highmore:"The fact that he gave the time to really understand the emotions of every character, as opposed to just coming in and directing the scene from one unit, he would seek to put it a lot more into the overall overarching storyline because he knew all of that so well," Highmore tells Zap2it several months later. "Usually directors on TV shows come in and they've seen stuff thats gone on before in the season or previous seasons but not to the same extent that Nestor has that knowledge."

Nestor stepped in and replaced producing director Tucker Gates after the latter had to drop out due to scheduling issues.
